This school has gone extremely downhill. Way too competitive and the staff and teachers are not helpful. Just go to Wells or better avoid the district.

There are a few bad students and teachers here and there but that's a fact of life. Overall, it's a great school with a lot of academically motivated students and not much bullying or hate. The teachers are both good at teaching and entertaining people who keeps students interested. There isn't much homework either, I was surprised that everyone else seems to say there is.My only gripe is that the science curriculum is a bit boring but it's a very minor issue. The school also offers a lot of elective and extracurricular opportunities as well as clubs that you don't see at other schools. We're lucky to be in such a nice area.

-Big school, got lost a few times (Would recommend touring the school using the map in your minder binder if it's your first time).-As far as kids behavior, the pe teachers really need to control what a few kids say/do in the locker rooms (While the kids might behave bad at lunch and pe, many focus and try to behave when class starts)-I had a few bad experiences with teachers, however this was during covid so things MAY be different now-As far as bullying, people may make a few jokes now and then but they're mostly harmless (I haven't seen nor encountered any form of bullying yet so MAYBE I'm wrong)-Safety wise, I feel pretty safe at the school, HOWEVER every few months or so two kids get into a fight -I did hear some kids curse every now and then at lunch and in pe/lockers however kids rlly do try their best in class-The district pays for A BUNCH of learning resources which could be found on clever if signed in with your dusd email

This school targets those who actually try to make it a better place, they need to update there staff and teachers because once a teacher finds something to hold against you they keep that grudge on you for the whole year. There administration is the worst, they don't solve problems only make it worse. It is not a safe environment for students in minority groups especially if your LGBTQ+ or Special Ed. The school does nothing to enforce safe behavior and do absolutely nothing with cyberbullying. If someone doesn't like you they get all of there friends to attack you (verbally). Overall this school could use a lot of work for starters better administration to fix all the bullying.

Folks, would really appreciate if more parents post their feedbacks about schools on these websites so that everyone gets a genral idea about the school. Right now most comments are very old and new ones have one 5 star review and other 2 star review, so tough to decide the actual status

I am a student in Fallon Middle School (8th Grade) I dislike this school because of the teachers who single you out and show attitude towards you, I've had several teachers like this over the past 2 years, and I am not the only one. This school does not care about Bullying and instead gives detention to the people that have been bullied. Its unbelievable and I hope this doesn't carry around in High school.

So far, beyond my expectations. The administrative staff seem to truly care for my daughter and her well-being. I am really enjoying watching my child grow in so many ways. Fallon is an excellent school!!!

This school doesn't teach, it facilitates testing. Students are expected to know everything prior to the school year beginning. Most students are enrolled in Kumon-type programs to stay ahead. If students are having any difficulty with the learning materials, they are left behind. Students have cried under their desks because they aren't learning from the teachers and are berated for it. Test scores are not a good indicator of good and empathetic teachers.

At this school, even if you have extreme issues with a teacher, you are not granted permission to change your instructor. Recently, I asked for a teacher switch and the faculty members said no because "all the other students will want a new teacher too". It my education not anyone else's.

Ok, the only thing that sucks is they took away the lockers.

Since we had just moved to Dublin, we were very apprehensive when we enrolled our oldest daughter at Fallon as a 6th grader. However, all of our interactions with various Staff members before we even moved to Dublin were very positive. Once she joined, we met with the teachers and so far have had excellent experience with the teachers. Our daughter is having a great time at her middle school and I am enjoying being an involved parent in her school. The Principal is very approachable, listens to our problems and is open to new ideas. Everyone I have met is friendly and always willing to help. We love being part of the Fallon community.

Fallon has the most hard working students and dedicated parents I have ever had the privilege of working with. There are very few behavior issues and when there is, we have a full time dean of students that addresses the issues. The teachers are free to teach and plan great lessons for the 95% hard working students we have. If you want your child to spend their days with highly motivated and bright students, then this is definitely the school for you. In response to the previous comment on bullying. I know that it happens, but I speak from experience and can tell you that the rate in which it happens at Fallon is FAR less than you will find at any other school. My students this year are very open and accepting of all the students race, gender, and economical status.

Dublin unified school Fallon middle school. Do not waste your time this school district embraces bullying. Instead of the bully getting punished... the victim gets punished. Incompetent superintendent, they hire physical education teachers as principles. There are absolutely no management skills within their operations. Children are taught to look the other way if you see a problem. The schools may be new but no one read the blueprints. What a joke

Like all schools, FMS has its good teachers and bad teachers. My daughter's 6th grade math teacher feels it is o.k. to degrade and belittle her students. Because of the teacher's behavior, my daughter lacks the confidence in math she should have. I have complained to the principal; however, I was told to deal with it on my own. The principal seems out of touch with what is going on at this school.

We moved to Dublin for the schools. My son is not your typical "all-American" boy who plays sports. While bullying had been a problem at his previous school, we have not encountered that here. I believe ethnic diversity and socioeconomic class have both contributed to the tolerant culture that this school provides. Glad we made the move!

I moved to Dublin from the Collierville, Tennessee, and going to Fallon has been a wonderful experience. There is virtually no bullying here, and the Physical Education program is much more challenging. The students at Fallon are especially friendly and outgoing, while teachers always try their best to be involved in our students' curriculum.

I attend this school as a student and I have no idea why you parents are hating on this school. The teachers are kind and really get involved with the students. Although it would be better if the district would send better subs for us.
