I recently had a concerning experience that I feel compelled to share. My kid received inappropriate messages from a boy in their class via their school email account. These messages contained vulgar and explicit language that made us uncomfortable. As any concerned parent would, I immediately reported this incident to the school administration, hoping that they would take swift action to address the situation. However, to my surprise and dismay, the school management responded dismissively, suggesting this behavior was common among teenagers.I could not believe the school management was downplaying such a severe issue. The boy's language indicated that he had problems with some addiction, which should not be brushed off as typical teenage behavior. Furthermore, the fact that my child was only 12 years old and the boy had just turned 13 made the situation even more alarming.
