- Submitted by parent on August 09, 2010I have to agree that the school does have it's cliques. The band is very successful, but every review on here shows band members and band parents telling how the band is the only thing right with DHS. Athletics are successful at DHS. The track program has won numerous district championships. The football team has been improving. The softball team is one of the best in the state, having won the state championship in 2008. The band is good, but band parents and students should not bash others because of their perceived lack of recognition. We are all proud of the band. Move on!
