Amazing teachers!! Two have my kids have attended and both love school, love their teachers, and grew socially, academically, and emotionally. My oldest just finished kindergarten, loved going to school and tested in the top percentile all around and I directly attribute that to the start he had at Creative Gardens.

Sending your child to a daycare facility is one of the first hardest decisions you’ll make as a parent. However, from the first day my daughter went to Creative Gardens, I knew I would not regret my decision on sending her there. She started at 2 years old and left recently to start Kindergarten. Every teacher she had treated her as if she was their own. My daughter would love going there, and every day would excitedly run up to the front door where one of the teachers would greet us. I knew she was safe and happy. When I found out that she was allergic to tree nuts, Karen (the director) gave me all of the information that I needed to make sure my daughter would be taken care of if medicine needed to be administered. All of the teachers were aware of her allergy, and ensured to ask me beforehand if special treats were allowed to be given to her if there was a holiday or birthday party. Not only did I feel as if my daughter was safe in their hands, she also was fully prepared for Kindergarten. She amazed me every day with new things that she learned at Creative Gardens. Although we never wanted to leave, I knew my daughter was more than ready to start Kindergarten. She has been in her class for about 3 months now, and is excelling thanks to Creative Gardens. Thank you to every single staff member and teacher! I would recommend Creative Gardens to everyone.

Bullying still continues here and when a parent enquire about this - they will never admit that and they stops responding our query. Finally kids are being targeted against their parents questions. For safety of all our kids - I would never recommend this school to anyone,

This school doesn't have effective approach to Home work and also on learning differences.I strongly agree both "Racism" and "bullying' is still happening a lot every day. This issues might push this school down if the leadership team never reacts and controls it.

Last week I watch with pride and joy (and a few tears) as my Grand daughter graduated from the Transitional Kindergarten program. She will start kindergarten in the fall with confidence . Her years at Creative Garden were filled with the excitement and joy of learning. Her teachers have a strong understanding of the emotional, physical and cognitive stages of young children. The curriculum included many experiences for Ivy to explore and experiment with a program geared towards her strengths. Miss Kathy and Miss Renee always greeted her with a smile and through their interactions, Ivy became a willing participant in all activities. Her preschool experience the previous year with Miss Sandy and Miss Nicole was spectacular. This is my second grand daughter to attend Creative Gardens. I will miss the excitement of preschool. However, hold on, Miss Karen, we have another coming up in two years! Thank you for all the kindness you all have shown my Grand children.

I could not be happier! The staff in the transitional kindergarten class is exceptional. My child had problems learning and the teacher took time every day with him and gave me updates daily when I picked him up. My child thanks me every day for sending him there!

My child truly loved the 2 years she spent here. We had the Young 4's class and the Transitional/Kindergarten class. My child has grown so much since beginning the transitional class. What a wonderful opportunity to have that class before actual Kindergarten! We are truly sad to leave this wonderful school with such loving and caring staff.

My daughter attended this school for 2 years and simply loved it! We were so sad when it was time for us to move on. The teachers and staff are simply amazing--caring, accommodating and structured. You simply can't ask for a better environment to start your child's educational experience. We are so fortunate to have Creative Gardens be our first school experience. I can't recommend this school enough!

Our family loves Creative Garden! There is the perfect balance between academics and play. My son entered this school at 3 years old and was extremely shy, anxious, and lacked confidence in his abilities. Now at 5 years old he is much more confident. Creative Garden has helped him tremendously in preparing for kindergarten, academically and socially. We will be returning in a few years with my younger son.

Loved sending my son here! His teachers were excellent and the rest of the staff was super supportive. I am a teacher myself and I was very impressed by their educational program even in the 3-4s! I would totally recommend to a friend!

My two children both completed their preschool education at Creative Gardens/Crofton. Teachers are well-prepared, organized, calm, thoughtful, caring and joyful. Excellent communication between the school and parents. All my teacher-friends tell me that Creative Garden "graduates" arrive at Kindergarten very well-prepared. We loved our time there, and were very sad to say goodbye, as my kids move on to elementary school! Wonderful school, loving, and so experienced.

We are extremely fortunate to have this excellent school close to our home. Our son went to this school for 10 months and it was a great experience.

We feel incredibly fortunate to have found Creative Garden! We looked at five different pre-K programs for our son in preparation for relocating to Maryland. CG just felt like home. It has a real presence (and has won awards) in the community. Current staff and parents have gone to CG themselves and have come back. But sitting in on Ms. Susan's 4-year-old class's circle time was what completely sold me on CG. She had an amazing command of this class of young children, who clearly hung on her every word. She gave full attention to each child as needed (and hugs for anyone who needed one). We came to learn that the whole school, including the director and teacher assistants, were all loving and caring. This past year at CG helped to make a very big transition year so much smoother for my son, who had been uprooted and moved across the country. He loved to go there every day, often skipping off without so much as a goodbye, and as a working parent, it is so reassuring to know that your child his happy and loved in your absence. He is more than ready for kindergarten, but we will miss our Creative Garden family next year. I can't say enough good things about it!

Fantastic school. All 3 of my boys attended and over 7 years we have had nothing but positive experiences with everyone we have had the pleasure to work with. My boys start kindergarten with knowing how to write their name, all letters of alphabet, numbers and early literacy skills. Highly recommended!!!!!

We have been so happy here! Our boys have been thriving in this school. The teachers are kind, gentle, and excellent at teaching the kids to be self-sufficient. They teach the basics, of course -- reading skills, math... but they also teach personal safety (how to eat a hot dog, how to cross a street), friendship, civic duties. It's a really great little school in a residential neighborhood. It looks like a house, but was built as a school.

I spent hours looking at local preschools before choosing this one for my son's first school experience and we couldn't be happier with our decision. The school staff is fantastic to work with and show great flexibility when it comes to meeting your child's needs, be it emotional, physical, or a matter of scheduling. Working with the teachers and the director has been easy, enjoyable, and assuring. My son went from shy, reserved, and easily giving up on new challenges to confidently making friends with everyone he meets and boasting about all the things he can do now. He is so excited for kindergarten in the fall, I just hope that his new school will live up to this one.

What a great school thus far since we've been here. Where do I begin? Like everyone else who has posted about this school, it is phenomenal. We had pulled our child out from a Montessori school that had lacked the concern for our child's unhappiness and well being at the school. We checked out a few schools since we had pulled our child out until I checked out this website about this school. Checked it out and we instantly hopped on it to send our child here. Turned out perfectly! Our child now tells us every day that they have to go to school that they like school. We feel very involved with the school; our child's teacher has been teaching for years and handles each child in such a calm manner with patience, care, and respect. The Admin. Director is very friendly and engaged with whatever you would like to address. We've felt very welcomed here, tucked away in a safe and family oriented area. Our child has made friends instantly, in their smaller sized classroom compared to the 28 children in their last school. Weather permitting, they play outside every day, paint, craft, sing, play instruments, learn Spanish...It has made us jubilant to see our child so much happier now.
