My son started his second year in this school. The process how they teach and how they treat them its way above public school. He is so happy and loves his new school.

I went to go to this school for an open house and the principal told my sister and i about it. I'm in 7th grade advanced math, and i'm not trying to be rude, but it seemed like all the school did was fun and games, and no focusing on education. It's my opinion, though.

This is my daughter's second year at Evergreen (9th grade) and my son's first (6th grade - he was grandfathered because she had already gotten in). They both love it and so do I. It's VERY small - max 15 students per grade and usually less - but the amount of individual attention is wonderful. With such small class sizes, the academics are geared to each student's ability. My son used to complain that the whole class would lose recess because of one child's behavior at the public school. That's not an issue at Evergreen. The faculty & staff go out of their way to work with "problem" kids and with such small class sizes, the kids are actually nice to each other! The school atmosphere is enthusiastic & family-friendly (no locked front door or security guard). The kids take lots of field trips & have a 1/2 day of off-site gym class every Friday (skiing, mtnbiking, bowling, swimming, etc.). If you have a child that's super-social, dedicated to playing a high school sport, or very involved with band/chorus, Evergreen might not be a good fit for him/her but it's serving my children very well. ~Louise

Great school, my daughter attended and graduated two years ago. She is currently in her second year at Penn State. My son is still there and will graduate this year. The school and staff are great and truely care about the students. Evergreen gets 5 stars from our family.

My daughter enrolled in this school for 6th grade this year. All the staff are caring, responsive and seemingly dedicated to a partnership with families to ensure a quality education. It is amazing how we've watched our daughter's speech, interest for learning and socal skills mature in one year. We would highly recommend this school. The opportunity for learning here is endless.

My son has been enrolled at Evergreen since 7th grade. We are very pleased with his education there. The teachers are wonderful and personable. We pick up the phone and speak to anyone we need to about our son's education. Everyone there is friendly and it has a family atmosphere. I highly recommend this school if a parent is looking for an alternative to a big public school.
