    I am a new faculty member at Hanson PreK-5 and I am extremely impressed with the quality of staff. This school is leaps and bounds farther ahead in implementing the RTI and data teams processes compared to other schools I have seen. They are highly innovative and have shown phenomenal improvement in the last couple years due to hard work, perseverance, and passion. This school is data driven and researched based, but takes the time to really look at the children as individuals and does their best to meet their needs. The faculty and staff are truly on a mission to serve and love children. This is a wonderful place to work and learn. I am so honored to be a teacher at this school and hope to bring my own daughter here someday.
