    Our experience at Sawmill Intermediate has been outstanding. My son had Mrs. McChristal as his third-grade teacher, and she has been incredible. Mrs. McChristal's dedication, enthusiasm, and exceptional teaching skills have made a significant impact on my son's education. She goes above and beyond to ensure her students are engaged and motivated, creating a positive and inspiring classroom environment. We are truly grateful for her and the remarkable third-grade experience at Sawmill Intermediate. Highly recommend!

    I saw that this school that both my sons went to had such a low score. Well one is a doctor and one is a lawyer, both did great in college and professional school so I wouldn't take these ratings too seriously. While it has been a while since my kids went there, not much has changed. Still has top notch teachers and kids.

    My daughter has allergies, although the rules were a bit 'too much', at the end of the day they truly were putting my daughter as a priority. She has excelled in her subjects, particularly math. She has enjoyed her music classes and has even advanced to SCMEA & NYSSMA. I have no regrets moving here based on the school district.

    Sawmill has a great involved and supportive staff and offers wonderful learning opportunities to the students.
