Avoid like the plague. I don’t even know where to begin. The staff is not educated, qualified nor has the ability to properly care for students with learning disabilities. They just don’t care. As an alumni I have reached out to them to see if policies have changed since I have been there yet I was met with no response. The staff at St. V failed me prolifically with their failure to give an attempt of assistance or testing on learning disabilities that were evident. I would have benefited exponentially on early diagnosis however their apathetic approach and carelessness has caused me hardship I continue to struggle with. Every teacher that could have helped me didn’t and I was met with cruel punishment. As someone who went to St.V K-8th each teacher had the opportunity to helped me in the correct way but failed to. If you are concerned your child may have a learning disorder or may need any special assistance in learning I highly suggest you search for another school. Again, I have contacted St.Veronica to see if there any improvements put in place to help detect learning disabilities at early detection. They have not responded, I am assuming the answer is no. Please look elsewhere as other schools would have teachers that are educated on learning disabilities and early detection of learning disabilities because St. Veronica sadly is lacking this.

Welcome Home. Just like the show "Cheers", here everybody knows your name. Top notch faculty, facilities, and a great leader in principal Woodall. All of this is backed up by a loving Parish community as well. Preschool through 8th grade I have watched my child excel at St. Veronica. It embodies everything every Catholic school can aspire to be. A sense of belonging for students an parents. The St. Veronica community is special.

St. Veronica is more than just a school. It’s a community filled with supportive and loving staff and parents! We love having our children in such a positive environment. The education is top tier. From our walk-a-thon, Halloween Bash, various clubs, sporting events, and spelling bee, there is always something fun happening on campus. Proud to be Vikings!

We absolutely love St.Veronica. Not only is the education top-notch, but the sense of community is something that’s hard to come by. The teachers really care about the students and help shape these kids into well-rounded young men and women. All 3 of my children will go here preschool-8th grade.

We couldn’t be happier with St. Veronica! We love the staff, the small class sizes and the family feel! The teachers here are very passionate about helping their students succeed and we are very grateful to have found this school!

I highly recommend St. Veronica school! I have two kids at the school and we have been so happy. The teachers have all been amazing and the education they are receiving is wonderful. One of the first tours we went on at this school, a St. Veronica graduate had told us how well prepared she was for high school thanks to St. Veronica. We live thirty minutes away from this school and drive there because the kids are receiving such a wonderful education!

This school is truly amazing! The new principal is a refreshing and much needed breath of fresh air! They focus on a family feel for not only the kiddos, but the families as well! Programs like Spirit families give my kiddos a LASTING place in the school! My little ones LOVE to get visited from their upper class buddies, and I am excited to see them be the big kids someday helping their littlest classmates! We are just starting with this school, but we are looking forward to many, many years here!

Overall experience was terrible and money wasted. I feel terribly guilty having sent them to St. Veronica for so many years. We have enrolled our children in a different school and they are now thriving.

In 5 years, my children have had generally average teachers. There are teachers that are less than desirable and stubborn, as with any school.

Excellent school. Excellent teachers, pastor, and parents that care. These children love God and it shows with weekly mass and participation in many activities to help the community. Athletics and fine arts are great as well. The school is just the right size -- not too large to get lost in the shuffle and not too small where you only have the same 14 kids from K to 12. The fact that these kids get into the best high schools in the city is evidence enough of the high quality of education.

WARNING Do not ever send your kids here!!! When I met with the financial advisor and the priest they both laughed in me and my daughters faces and refused to be understanding and offer financial assistance because I am not Catholic. They laughed again when I told them I would be willing to become Catholic. They weren't even willing to spread out the payments until my daughters scholarship would become active in January of 2017. They only mocked me and treated me with little respect if any at all. Terrible example of Christians. My daughter had learning disabilities and I financially qualify for assistance....Why would they not inform me of various scholarships earlier in the school year so that the 2016-2017 Tuition could be paid in full. I believe that this is a form of discrimination. Also, they failed to tell me that there was a TWO DOLLAR balance on her lunch fee so, instead of calling or emailing me to tell me, they withheld her report card which was a crucial part in her application for the Jon Peterson scholarship. They simply stated that it's not their problem. I'm disgusted at the parish and the school. I will be sending my daughter to St. Thomas More School this year.

As a mom of two in the early grades, I am so thankful we found St. Veronica. Here are a few thoughts on why we made the choice to send our children to St. Veronica: 1) A Christ-centered, well-rounded education. Students have the daily opportunity to develop faith and experience growth within the sacraments. From personal experience, our fine arts programs and athletics are wonderful too. 2) Exceptional academic focus. Beyond the faith aspect of St. Veronica, this is the reason we send our children here. St. Veronica challenges our children in their academic work. It is serious here, but yet a nurturing and caring environment. We love the balance and our children are thriving. 3) A welcoming place. This is a place where everyone is welcome. You do need to get involved a little to get to know people. But once you do...it's like having a "village". The St. Veronica parents are wonderful. I personally love the Moms 2.0 group. It's not all Bible...it's a lot of fun too. I will remain anonymous, but if you ask at the desk, the secretaries know who I am and I would love to welcome you personally and answer any questions you might have.

I absolutely love St. Veronica School. I moved my 4 children from a local public school due to admin. issues, class sizes and their Math program. The fabulous teachers, principal and priest make this school worth the move and the 20 min. drive there! I toured schools for months and what I was most interested in are the following: 1) Competent and professional admin. 2) A church that has a vibrant priest and relevant 3) a strong curriculum with faith and service oriented oppts. For me, those things are the most important and transcend any other trivial issues that come up here and there and St. V met all of that criteria. As a bonus I also found out the following: 1) Despite class size, every room also has an aide 2) St. V classes from K-3 will have no more than 24 students (still the aide) per class 3) they still have additional resources (SLP, tutors, extra aides). Additionally, I am highly impressed with the extra curricular opportunities offered at St. V. My kids are not athletic, so having the band, music lessons, Performing Arts, Art classes, Spanish, ect.is a true bonus! The Vocal Ensemble is also highly rated! I'd highly recommend St. V to anyone!

My daughter is in 1st grade, and we are so happy with the education she receives and St. V. We've been members of St. V Parish for 10 yrs, and WOW, what a difference a priest makes! We feel such energy when we leave mass each Sunday and that energy definitely flows to the school environment. I feel so confident that our daughter is receiving the best possible education. I'm hoping to see an additional add-on to the school in the upcoming years. My absolute ONLY concern is the class size of 30 (BUT . . class has teacher + full time aide)

St. Veronica is more than a school. When you join St. V you know someone always has your back. Not pretentious at all! Principal and new priest are awesome!
