Extremely chaotic and unsafe parking and traffic situation daily is evident to how Poorly run this school is. The Old lady in the Office is always rude. Teachers are always taking off or there are teachers who share classes that feel unproductive. Quality of education has gone awry.

My children attended this school last year and it was a nightmare. I'm happy to say they are now attending a different school in the area and there has been a stark contrast. The staff at this school seem unconcerned. Staff was rude and not welcoming. However, my main problem with this school is the drop off/ pick up system. We would arrive 25-30 mins early some days and still end up being tardy because of the chaos and lack of organization in the drop off and pick up lanes. Staff seemed to offer no real solutions in how to make the process safer and easier for families. With the rude and unconcerned staff and the chaos of dropping off and picking up, I am extremely relieved that my students are not attending this school anymore. I would not recommend.

My children have honestly never attended a school that is so unorganized and almost careless. There are other schools in the area worth looking into. I am disappointed in our experience here so far. Especially being so early on in the school year.

My son is has an IEP and did preK in ms Pattersons special education class. There was 10 kids 4 teacher aids and Ms Patterson. My 3 1/2 year old sure did get sick a lot but man o man what a blessing this school has been. The whole staff is so nice. Will recommend rolling ridge to everyone.

My son enrolled mid year 2019. We moved into the school zone & after signing a lease they tried moving my son to a different school due to over crowding. We fought to keep our kid in this specific school & we were able to get my son enrolled. The staff at the office felt more non concerning & militant than welcoming. They would yell at kids & talk at them while looking around to see if any parents were listening. I wish I would have trusted my instinct. The pick up & drop off is so busy, crowded, & dangerous all the time I got stuck down the hill behind a row of cars 30 mins ahead of the bell. Bussing is only available for kids with disabilities. Teachers are suppose to account for & wait with their students until the kids get picked up, & direct them to the office if parents don't. I finally got into the lot to pick up my son & he was missing. I couldn't find him anywhere. I circled the lot looking for him & he wasn't anywhere. I parked my car & The teachers didn't even know who I was looking for. I got yelled at for walking across the pickup driving area from one of the teachers. I ran up & down the pick up area yelling for him, in front of the school, I ran to the office looking for my 6 year old son that noone seemed to know was missing. I ran through the office, the school, the auditorium & could not find him. I ran outside through the rain as my heart sunk thinking that there was a possibility someone may have kidnapped my son & I was destroyed knowing the staff lost my 1rst grader. After the longest 15 mins of my life. One of the crossing guards found him at the street level off campus & asked him where his parents were & told him to walk back to the school yard. If it wasn't for the guard down the road watching my son crying, lost & confused in the rain he could've been hurt or even worse. It was the most traumatic experience of my entire life. When the vice principal walked back with him down the 3 flights of stairs she began talking to him about not walking away like it was my 6 year old sons fault their staff lost him. The vice Principal tried calling me to apologize, then the school gave him the golden spike award as a sign of tokenism, I wish it was him earning it but I'll never know. The before & after school program is the best I've experienced & if my son was enrolled his first day this would have never happened, unfortunately it was full when he started. The smart kids make that school rating great not the staff. We moved because of that.

My son will not be staying for the remainder of the school year. I would rather send him to another below average school than this one. Unfortunately Chino Valley is not a good district period.

My daughter was bullied for not being rich enough. She was teased for never being on an airplane (She’s 9), was teased for not having a "real" piano. The kids and staff/parents do not welcome new people to the school.
The teachers are amazing and very supportive. The curriculum is outstanding - my kids are learning and developing so much here. The one thing I dislike are the office staff - they're not friendly and pretty much unhelpful. Also, there are parents here (especially those that are "room parents" stay at home moms), who are very "clique-ish."

Rolling Ridge is an amazing school! The admin is superb, the teachers are involved and care about students. My three boys attended RR and Ioved it. I starting to tear up just thinking about my last lil one who's a 6th grader and will be leaving soon. Mrs. Farmakis (she taught all my boys) will always hold a special place in our hearts. I highly recommend this school. It's not just a school, it's family.

This is the worst school ever with the horrible PTA leaders and staffs, especially supervisors. They are big bullies. I hated it.They are mean to the kids. They have no heart for the children. They yell and scream. They are not nice. This school sucks!
