This school is extremely bias when it comes to race. If you’re not Asian don’t bring your kids here. No special ed support. Extremely rude teachers.

My child attend this school for kindergarten and I can not say enough good things about the school. Every teacher was fantastic and really cared for each individual child in the class and would do anything to help them succeed. Numerous events throughout the year. Administration staff was also fantastic. Feel blessed for my child to have the opportunity to go to this school.

We are very happy to have been a part of this school for 5 years. From the beginning my children felt very comfortable, they started without knowing ANYTHING of English, they learned very quickly and their teachers were very kind. The administrative and teaching staff feel very close, you can approach them to answer questions or share ideas. The PTA works hard every year to make it a fun and memorable experience. It will be very difficult to find a school that feels so familiar. Another plus point: it is a very small community! almost 400 students, you can meet all the teachers, parents and students. We love that it was very multicultural! children can open their minds and become closer to other cultures. The community in general is quite friendly, respectful, open, helpful. For example, I don't speak English well, but they were always willing to help me. I was a volunteer all this time and all the staff was patient and kind with me, I'll always appreciate it.We are really sad to leave HT, but we are very grateful and happy for the experience. 2020 and 2021 were very challenging years, however, principals and teachers always did their best to maintain enthusiasm.Thank you very much HIDDEN TRAILS we will always carry you in our hearts!

Most teachers have been wonderful. Unfortunately (though I believe this is often the case), there is one teacher that really makes the entire school year extremely difficult, stressful, and makes my child repeatedly request to be homeschooled. :( Unfortunately, one bad teacher ruins the experience of the whole school.

Teachers are rude, and don't care if your children are learning or not. Especially the kindergarten teachers. Very disappointed, definitely not returning back to this school next year!

Mrs. Farley is an awesome principal. But this "academy" they have from 4-6 grades is nice because it is challenging, BUT is staffed with TERRIBLE TEACHERS! First year teacher and teachers who are not compassionate, personable, and are somewhat incompetent (aka forgetful!). But yet, when your child forgets something, they get a ZERO and no chance of make up! Wish they could be held accountable to the same standard! As an educator myself, we are supposed to challenge children to be confident, successful, responsible individuals. Not put them down for their mistakes and enable them to lose their confidence! Although this school has a lot of wonderful things going on, their teaching staff really need to be evaluated and held accountable to a higher standard.

We left this school after only 3 weeks. The kindergarten teachers were extremely unprofessional are rude. We will not be back! Do yourself a favor and transfer to a better school.

The office staff is abrasive and unwelcoming. Walking your child to their classroom is discouraged with posted signs reading,"say goodbye at the gate". School starts at 8:40 but kids are unable to be on campus until 8:30 which causes a major traffic jam in the mornings. While I can't speak for all of the teachers here, my child's first grade teacher is not eager to communicate with parents. When asked how I could help my child at home to improve, she (the teacher) was unwilling or unable to offer any ideas. I sent my child to this school based on test scores and the rating on GreatSchools.org, but I am not at all happy with our experience here.

Most of the teachers are burned out, they don't care if your child is learning or not. I do the teaching at home for my children. They are not going back to Hidden Trails next year.

This is a GREAT School!!! The teachers and staffs are very patient and awesome with the student. My son had improved tremendously.

My son started in April 2013 and he had made a quick adjustment. The staff made a stress-free transition and wow!, the student gave him a warm welcome. Mrs Hofmyers is such an incredible and awesome teacher. Thank you! and we are looking forward to a new school year. Yeahhhh!

This school is hanging on to the assistance of the parents. Meaning that if the parent would not help with homework and explain anything that is not clear, this school's API would drop like a rock. I am strongly thinking of moving my child to another school. The principal is not someone strong that will stand up and make the necessary changes. The teachers are o.k. not all, there is only a few, that are worth the funds the school is getting. This school needs someone firm and strong, with new ideas that will improve the school environment for all the children. If you have a better choice in schools, I would stick to the better choice. Yes I am picky, but what "parent" isn't? I want the best for my child and is very sad to say this is not the school it used to be.
