This school had i known then what i know now my child would have never gone to this school. i have a hard time understanding why children are not allowed to go to the bathroom, why when they clearly need help they are ignored, why teachers thing its okay to put their hands on students, why teachers are cussing at children... and last but not least hen a child get injured how is it staff members brush it off like it is nothing

This school is horrible.The teachers can do and say anything to degrade the students without consequence.The administrators back the teachers and will retaliate against the students with bogus suspensions, in school suspensions and referrals.Do not think you can get help from the principal, because she is clueless about what goes on in this school.She will tell you herself that she let's the administrators handle everything and sometimes they let her know things.The teachers and administrators are bullies and have made my child's school year and middle school experience absolutely horrible.I would not recommend this school to anyone.The building may look beautiful on the outside,but it is a mess on the inside.I wish there was a rating below terrible.

A change in administration and staff have brought many improvements in the academic performance and school culture at Whitewater. Students and teachers are working together to rebuild the school with a positive and supportive atmosphere. The facility is beautiful, well designed, and meticulously maintained. Whitewater is a school to watch so be on the lookout for all of the wonderful things happening on campus!

I am a student at this school, and I can tell you firsthand about the school. IT IS HORRIBLE!!!! DO NOT send you kids here. The students are rude&mean. There are fights all the time. We really run the school, and a majority of the kids here don't respect the teachers & staff. There are so many bullies here, and no one values education. It's almost impossible for the teachers to teach, due to class disruptions & disrespect. We moved here from Rowan County, and me & my grandmother regret that descion more than anything. Again, DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE!!!!

My Daughter, Has attended White Water for Two years Now. When she first attended WW she was in 6th grade, All the teacher's and staff were so welcoming to my Daughter including the Student's. I highly recommend this school to any Parent who wants there to succeed, in a safe environment. My child has loved her experience at WW middle and I'm sure your 's will to.

I think you guys should know that my school is top notch. It has zero tolerance for violence. What I like about my school is the nice , kind teachers and rate 10 education . Rate 10 Broke My Scale. My school could improve by having year long activities like weekly. I would recommend my school to any one in 6th 7th or 8th grade. I love my school , the students and most staff . Please send your child to this school , its awesome .

The school has not had a competent administration since it opened. The students are running the school because they were taught year one that there are NO real consequences for misbehavior. Teacher careers & health are being ruined. Well behaved students are being bullied and their educations are being DESTROYED because of classroom disruptions. 90 minute blocks become 45 mins. Or less of instruction due to disruptive students not being removed. The school could be successful if they would stop sending DEMOTED ADMINISTRATORS to run it. Good teachers and students do not stand a chance at this school. It is the most hostile public school environment I have ever witnessed!

This school is very much unconstitutional and fair to students and teachers. Administrators are really not there for the good of students and teachers. Learning is not a priority but out of control behavior is when it comes to education. Constantly, teachers are quitting because there is a tremendous lack of leadership in the school. Students are always fighting and teachers being disrespected all the time. Administrators say that this type of behavior is ok. Wow! What has really happen to this school. I do not recommend for any upstanding and caring parent to bring your child to this type of institution.

This school should be shut down! The "leadership" is only interested in advancing their careers, regardless of how many teachers leave and how many students suffer. It is amazing how many teachers and other staff members have quit. This school is only four years old and the turnover has been off-the-charts! The absenteeism is a serious problem too. Teachers tell me that there is always time for stupid meetings and coverage but never enough time for planning. Classes get disrupted by dispersed students who do nothing but play and cause trouble. Not one Teach For America teacher has stayed beyond the two years required. All have fled. Parent involvement is nonexistent when it come to helping out but they sure have no problems coming in for sports and/or to complain. The students are really something else! The behavior is pathetic and they are so unruly and disrespectful is defies imagination.

My daughter is in 7th grade, i am now looking for a new school. I wish i would have trusted my gut and not sent her to this school. To say the least, the teachers have low expectation for the students. They are unorganized, the students seem to be uncontrollable. I would not reccomend this school!

this school is a mess!!! my kids got to much homework this students are bad and disrespectful towards teachers and the staff members. im beginning to think this school isn't what they say it is

I am not happy with this school at all. We moved here from Catawba County and I regret it everyday..... I have found the staff has no control over the students and their actions, the class room size are up to 35 in a class, The office staff can never give any answers to whats going on in the school, and a good number of the teachers are rude. I have 3 children and my oldest went to Bandys High, I have never been more disappointed in a school in my life!!!

This is a horrible school. My son is in 6th grade, the school year is half way over and I can count on one hand the number of times he has had homework. They have assigned 1 project this year, and he is anything but challenged here. The students are disrepectful, and so are some of the teachers. He is learning things in 6th grade that he was already taught in 4th grade! They have even discontinued most of the middle school sports. I donot recommend this school to any parent or child!
