Just wish the teachers cared enough about our students. They pick and choose who to help. Teachers allow their kids to bully and not do anything about it. Teachers never contacts the parent. My child had one teacher go out her way to tell my child not to call her by her name…. But only use yes mam.

Fights among students and bullying are much more prevalent here, but most of the teachers are caring and dedicated. Alas, if only I could say the same about the administration- what a shocking disappointment!

Sub par, we had to move our child from this school for their inability to understand our special need child and their lack of cultural diversity.

I think this school was the best school I had attended because all of the teachers were helpful and nice for every year I attended, I would recommend this school to other parents and students and I am glad to call myself a hawk at Mount Holly Middle School.

I worked at Mt. Holly Middle many years ago, before the current administrators and many teachers came in. Mt. Holly reminded me of my hometown. I loved the fact that everyone was down to earth and wanted to help. The school had some tough times for a while, but I've heard nothing but great things about it. From the inside, I can tell you that I was pleased with everyone's efforts to challenge students in various aspects. And yes, Mrs. Van Der Meid--and most everyone--assigned homework nightly! MHMS is a great school!
