We moved to the area for the school system, and Macedonia has been great for our daughter and we couldn't be more pleased. School is VERY active in the student's growth and allowing them to be kids and have fun. They are also very supportive when the kids appear to be emotionally drained or having non-school issues arise, and the support they provide is beyond what I expected. We've been here a few years now and I couldn't tell you enough just how amazing this school is and how much love and support we get from the teachers, staff, and even the bus drivers.

MES is a fantastic school with dedicated teachers in a tight knit community. Macedonia is one of the smaller schools in the county and everyone knows each other. Parental involvement in the school is high, the student to teacher ratio is low.

Our child attends Macedonia and we love it here! Everyone is so welcoming and we have had the best teachers! Great communication from the school, teachers, support staff and principal. We couldn’t be happier!

My children attend Macedonia and I could not ask for a better learning environment. The teachers and amazing and the staff is helpful. Do not let the 6/10 rating sway you. I do not feel that rating is a fair and accurate reflection of the learning and environment of Macedonia.

I love Macedonia! It is a wonderful school with an excellent staff. My daughter and son both enjoyed their years there. I highly recommend moving to this district.

My son has attended MES since Kindergarten and is now moving on to middle school. We have loved every moment at Macedonia and could not have asked for a better elementary school experience. We have had some amazing teachers!!

I am a mom of a Macedonia Elem. first grader and a teacher with my Masters & Specialists Degree in Education. We moved to this school district because of this amazing school! Just take a look at the test scores and you will see the proof of the teachers & parents dedication to the childrens' achievement.

My daughter is in kindergarten and the first 3 weeks of school were fine here. Her daily progress sheets come back fine, even now. Apparently my daughter had trouble with her numbers so she was put into a smaller group and had testing for her numbers and letters every few weeks well after 1-2 times they recommend her for the next level which means your child is not learning enough. However when I have a meeting with the school counselor he states he has never met my child, but that she only knows 6 of her alphabet and sounds, when I told him that she knows 22 of her alphabet including sounds the letters make he didn't even seem to listen they insist on their own testing even though our results are so dramatically different that you would think as a psychologist he would suggest another method of testing but no instead they send me home with some forms so they know her background information that is supposed to help them help my child. This packet includes very personal information that is not a schools business. This is insane! Don't let you child get railroaded by this school. On the other hand Parent involvement is #1!
