Great primary school compared to most primary and elementary schools in the Ft. Bragg / Ft. Liberty area.

My experience with this school has not been a good one then that I come from up north I thought moving here would be better for my children but the learning technique they have is so outdated they don't teach these kids anything they don't even send them home with homework everything is so sensitive base you can't say this you can't do that you can't discipline the kids you can't so how are you supposed to teach these kids if you can't even get them to sit in their chairs The teachers are always on their phones or in the corner gossiping it's need a better learning plan The stuff they teach you my kids already knew and I never came to a school even when I was in school we always had books to bring home you got teachers driving the buses overwork and underpaid is how I see it they stretch you real thin

This school is the worst school ive ever seen! They have no regards for military parents or a work schedule. They try to enforce how to pick up or drop off your own child. They wont your child off the bus at there own stop if your not at the point of drop off even if the house is 2 houses down. This school creates problem after problem. The bues are ALWAYS late and has no respect for parents or parents children!! This school is terrible!

I absolutely love this school. My son has gone here from PreK all the way through 2nd grade. I wish this school had grades 3-5 as well so my son could continue to go here next year.

Our daughter's first year was productive. There is a great teaching staff and the school grounds are clean and modern.

I have had multiple children go to this school, and I absolutely love it. My child's teachers and teacher assistants has always been able to provide adequate information and keeps me informed about activities and events. I have been able to write in my child's agenda and have the comfort knowing I will have a response that same day. The office staff is always available to answer any questions or help address any concerns I may have. I am blessed in knowing that I can walk in on any given day and although the office is extremely busy, someone is trying their hardest to help me. The halls are provided with children's work, and everywhere you go children greet you with a smile on their face. It is an inviting school to be in. I absolutely love this school!

My son's first grade teacher has been doing a great job. His aide Mrs Keaton is absolutely amazing and easily approachable. The administration at this school is something else entirely!!! The old lady that works at the front office is RIDICULOUS and the principle isn't too far behind. Overall we have had a good experience with our teachers but if you need guidance from the admin of this school good luck. For them its all about what looks good, what's right and wrong, and not about how our children are doing in school!! They will confront you with issues that are supposedly in their policy handbook. But when researching the handbook you will not find such policies as they describe. Seems like they want things the way they want things and it doesn't matter that their is no proof or policies that maintain their requests. The whole lot should be FIRED!

My son attended K-2 at this school, and I could not be more pleased! I hated for him to leave! The principal, vp, and most of the staff are extremely involved with the kids, and I was impressed by how many of them knew me, and my son, who is extremely shy, by name. They really take time to know you. I cannot rave about this school enough. In this area ( Harnett/Cumberland ) it is pretty hard to find good schools, and I am struggling with that now, but for Kindergarten-2nd grade, this is by far the best I've seen.

My kindergarten child had 3different teachers within 6 months and the substitutes had to leave after 12 days, so there was no consistency whatsoever, I finally had my child put into a different classroom where she finally gets to focus and learn, very upset about how the principal handles these issues...

AMAZING FIRST GRADE EXPERIENCE!!!! Loved every minute of this year and couldn't ask for better teachers... Loving and dedicated! This would be a five star except the administration is an absolute JOKE! They are impossible to approach and care more about the "photo op" and "appearance" than they do the children. The office staff is stuck up and rude. THANK GOODNESS we moved ....

Anderson Creek is an amazing school!!! The staff really care about each child and I could not be happier about my son attending there! The teacher/parent connections are wonderful and I really could not ask for more!

We enrolled our son last year in Kindergarten. The teachers and staff are very nice and the teachers are doing their best to provide a good education. I just feel that many students do not get to have an opportunity to just care about education/childhood. ACP is doing their best to provide a safe and nurturing environment for these sweet children. We will move our son to a different school next year, where students and their families have a similar background like ours. The staff is amazing and they train the kids good leadership skills ...... but if you want your child to be surrounded by children with etiquette and manners this is probably not a good school for your child. But overall ACP is really a blessing for some kids.

Love love love Anderson creek primary! This school is wonderful! Your child is a name not a number. The teachers and staff treat you like family when you walk in the door. I know when my son is at Anderson creek primary school he is well taken care of and that's a wonderful feeling to have. The reading program is great they really know how to make learning fun. My son will be attending his second grade year and I can't pick my favorite teachers because the are all wonderful! Keep up the great work Acp!

Anderson Creek Primary is a Great school. Three of my children have attended this school. The teachers are fantastic, especially Mrs. Ramsey. They really seem to care about the children and work hard to get the children the help they need in the areas that they are not the best in. There are so many programs for math and reading outside of the regular classoom for extra help. The speech program is great as well as Ms. Goodnight- the guidance counselor. They have a program for children that have a deployed parent too.

My daughter just completed Kindergarten at Anderson Creek. I started the year off nervous and unsure about my child being in someone elses care all day, but the staff was friendly and welcoming. My daughter did very well in reading and writing and loved her teacher. The class size was big, but there's nothing they can do about that (unless more funds come in). Next year I'll have two daughters in AC and we all look forward to it.

The school is excellent. Even though it's in a rural area with a lot of underprivileged children, the faculty and staff have created a wonderful environment for the children to learn and play. The principal is always working on improving the school grounds and making sure the kids have all the latest equipment and resources. Even the kindergardeners have a smart board in every classrooms. The only thing I would object on is the lack of involvement of some parents (but that is more of a community than school issue.) I love the emphasis they put on reading and proper behavior. My son truly enjoyed his kindergarden year and can't wait to go on to 1st grade.

My 2 children have been attending ACPS for this school year so far so good! Most of the teachers are hip & do projects that keep the kids interested! I think that teachers having a new look on teaching & come up w/new ways instead of sticking w/same ol' regiment will get further w/school kids! The only thing I have had an issue w/is some of the teachers punishment ways....its a elementary school where kids are trying to be socialable and learn new fun things not for talking lil bite being made to walk lap after lap during recess. I do believe in punishment & have consequences to actions but its school not boot camp. I have also seen some teachers yelling loudly @ the students I don't agree w/that at all...but overall a good school!
