Inca has been our home for the past 16 years! My kids have flourished and love coming to school because of the positive environment that is provided by all the staff here at Inca. The well being of the students is top priority and the admin are amazing at resolving any issues that arise.

Inca elementary has been fabulous for my two kids! It is a family environment and my kids feel loved and safe here. They have grown so much as people and are emerging leaders.

My son struggled at other schools and he thrives at Inca.

First day of school and my son is attacked by two boys. The officer on campus did nothing and I never received any documentation on the incident. Trying to prevent me from filing charges but they can’t stop me . Try and hold documentation from parents and you will have more issues than an upset parent!!!!!These bully’s seem to run this school. Not safe!!A tiny rural community school cannot manage to control wild 5th graders, and not to mention the horrible academic scoring! Not sure how many actually credentialed teachers this school actually has???? Boys returned to school with no consequences while my child has to repair his confidence in his own. Buckeye is growing and these schools better adjust out of these horrific examples of safe elementary schools.DO BETTER INCA ELEMENTARY!

My son was Threatened with a pair of scissors inside the classroom. The child he threatened him did not get any kind of reprimandment. 1 week later, my child got jumped by the same child plus 2 others. None of the children got in trouble except my son was the one that got held in the office. The others got to go back to class and nobody was notified. I had to call the school to find out. What happened after my son had texted me

My kids have been going here for 3 years and never had an issue. They are always so happy to go here. They are always very communicative with me and my husband and take any issues seriously. The front desk girls are so awesome and always ask me for my id when I go pick up my kids early even if they know me. I feel that my kids are safe here.

Just one of those schools that has gotten worse through out time, mainly in the bullying category where nothing gets done, no discipline whatsoever including incidents getting swept under the carpet. If you’re able to choose a different school from this one, please do, because giving this school the benefit of a doubt for as long as we did never got better, only worse especially with new principal for the last two school years. Experience at this school just really teaches you that it’s true when they say that you have to know the right people in order to get treated right and fair because even taking issues to the school district makes no difference whatsoever. So with that being said, enrolling your child outside of BESD might be your best bet.

The bully’s run the school while the teachers turn a blind eye. Once kids get jumped & attacked, the teachers keep the recorded footage & just tell you to file a police report. The teachers don’t teach, the front office lies about everything. Protect your kids & don’t send them to this school.

Bullying has gotten worse and worse every year. I've pulled both my kids from this school and personally know four other students that have changed schools due to bullying and what appears to be little to nothing done about it until it reaches the point of having to involve police and lawyers. For as long as I have had kids going to this school there has been a new principal every year. Every year I find out the teacher is either first year at this school or first year teaching ever. Probably makes it a bit hard to manage a school with that much turnover.

Disgusting rude staff that dont care about a goddamn thing other then themselves and going home. They do one thing really good disrespecting kids , parents and of teachers. Wouldn't send a dog to this school. Goodluck with principals there the turn rate with them is like a day labor. They hire anybody with 2 arm and legs to be a teacher and for all kinds of jobs there.

principal very biased and rolling her eye the whole time i was talking to her about a incident my son was involved in , math teacher with a very strong accent hard to understand overall a very bad experience . I wish my kid never attended this school. They changed all his view about school and trust .

We moved from Washington and were unsure about the schools here. We have had an excellent experience. One of my children has special needs, and Inca has been wonderful for that. I really believe that his teachers, Mrs. Saylor and Mr. Roof make a big part of his success.
