This school is a Vocational school for teaching automotive trades not for collage oriented. Today we need more Auto Mechanics, Auto Body Techs, Welders. That was taught at the school when I was there. Yes, academic studies and computer skills are important today with all the modern updates that are going on in the automotive industry, and if people want to go to college that is great, we had that too don't get me wrong. The school today is being used in the wrong way. They should be teaching more about hybrids, Eletric's not about aviation, that should be left to Aviation High School. The great name that was Automotive High School should be returned to 50 Bedford Ave Brooklyn New York 11222

I graduated in 1967 and was trying to find if the school had a PS number like my junior HS PS145 and elementary PS149. Most of these loaded questions are not really applicable to circa 1967

Nice building excercise field ,BUT the so called students don’t even live in our neighborhood they come from neighboring neighborhoods. They are unruly disrespectful and nasty in the street , people steer. Away from their direction , they hang in the neighborhood looking for trouble I HOPE THE CITY WILL CLOSE IT DOWN SOOOOOON!!!

This is truly a school without consequences. If you want your child to develop in to a well educated and well rounded individual this is not the school for you.

As A Graduate Of This School I Can Say The Hospitality Is HORRIBLE .. This School Is So Unorganized And In All Honesty I Blame The Principal .. Shes Always Late. She Had A False Advertising On Cap And Gown Pick Up .. She Fired Most Of The Important Teachers And To Top It All Off The Rules And Regulations She Makes Are Never Understandable.. The School Is Just Like A Jail And Us As Students Get Treated Like Prisoners Its So Sad To Go To A School Better Yet Graduate From A School Like This Cameras Up Everywhere Metal Detectors We Get Treated With No Freedom .. The Principal Spent Some Of Their Budget Money Just To Get A Big Tv Mounted On Her Wall To Watch The Whole School .. Talk About Good Spending
