As a former teacher at this school, I would highly advise thinking twice if your child has any special needs. The student services director cannot handle her role and therefore she has gone through four teachers in one year for the same position.Although the teacher and paraprofessionals were making sure the children were getting their needs met, her concern was not in that area. She focused on her job to avoid being audited and not the needs of the children, training teachers, and not making sure their minutes were met.She is not familiar in writing IEP's so she has everyone else do the work for her. These are wonderful children that unfortunately have received the short end of the stick.

The teachers at this school are caring and engaging, but they are led by incompetent district employees and a terrible principal. Unfortunately, if your child is bullied, they will not address the issue. The principal will not address the issue and will make their life a living nightmare. If you don't stroke his ego, he will treat you and your child poorly. Don't expect assistance from the district; they will stand by their insensitive employees. A child's safety and education should be the top priorities, but their friendships are all they care about.

The teachers deeply care, and the amount of time and energy they spend meeting each child's individual learning needs is truly astounding. As a parent of a kindergarten student and someone who regularly volunteers in the classroom, I am amazed by the amount of small group, differentiated instruction provided daily. All kids are challenged, and none are left behind. The work being done at this school is truly noteworthy, and it's no accident that the Great Schools rating is so high.

We moved into this school 1 year ago, so far our experience has been great with teachers and the school programs. We are happy to be in the area.

My son was new to Dujardin as a fifth grader. He came from a private school and has transitioned very well into this public school atmosphere! We love the teachers and principal. There have been so many wonderful friendships made for my son at this school! Also, there is plenty of extra help offered! Best school experience so far! I Only wish he had gone sooner!

DuJardin has an amazing principal, asst. principal, and teachers. You can feel how much they care about the kids. They really have their acts together. There are always one or two school events coming up, which keeps the families involved. My kids are doing well in their classes and often come home from school excited to tell me something about their day.

My daughter was attending DuJardin school from Kindergarten to second grade. She loves this school. All the staff - teachers, principals and administrators are great. We moved in the middle of the school year to Florida. My daughter was enrolled in one of the best elementary schools, but we were completely disappointed with the new school. She misses her old school and her teacher ( Ms. Becker) so bad, so we decided to return back just because of the school and all the great things she had there.

Great educators who love to teach! My grandson loves his school, teachers, principal and administrators! Where other than DuJardin would you hear that?

Every staff member is dedicated to the kids, there is definitely a sense of family here. As the school song says 'it's our home away from home'. Great curriculum and the highest standards. We love DJ!
