i have some kids in here and some at suva... i think this school's special day/needs classes are way better than suva's... at suva it's just a day care to be honest... at cesar chavez, they actually teach... the faculty actually tries... i have seen a lot of growth with this new principal, and know that this school is trying hard to achieve goals set for their kids... i also blame the parents a lot for the low rating... i'm at the school at least twice a month, but i hardly see the other parents doing anything... if you want your kids to learn, teach them at home too... jeez...

Great things are happening at Suva! Test scores have shot up and the atmosphere is so positive.
