    Mrs.Jackson taking over as principal was the best thing to happen to this school. She's amazing with the kids, communicates with parents and I have never been made to feel as though they just don't have time to deal with concerns I may have for my son. The teachers my son has had have all been exceptional especially Mrs. Jenks. She has made school and learning fun for my son which is what ever parent wants for their child. My husband and I couldn't be happier with this school.

    Education wise I feel the school needs to step it up a notch... also feel like there should be more adult supervision during recess as my son has had roughly 12 different injures this school year with half of those resulting in ER visits!!! Altogether the school seems okay but if my son receives another injury at Ellis I will be pulling him from that school!!!
