My child is unhappy at this school. I’m looking to get her out of it as soon as possible. Lots of teasing/bullying and some mediocre teachers. Not all, but one I know of for sure. The test scores reflect the poor instruction, in my opinion. I thought I’d be happy with San G, but I was mistaken. Do your research before sending your child here.

This is my daughter's second year at San Gorgonio and I was very nervous to have her attend a public Middle School. She has integrated into the band, has made great friends, has enjoyed each of her teachers, and is doing really well.

We came into this school mid year and a littel nurves, my boys attended Mt.View here in beaumont but 2 years and im beyound happy to have them out of there .San Gorgonio has welcomed us and helped us in any way possable i explaind i could not afford to buy a hole new set of P.E clothes at this time i also explained that this changing schools was not my choice but the choice of the carless princpule of Mt.View , Not only did they understand they looked at me and said dont worry they will be taking care of and the school gave them P.E clothes .I am not one for change and this change was very hard but after the meating on the first day we started at San.G we welcomed this change with open arms i think we will be very happy and this was a great way to start off .2012

To the parent who is unhappy about their special needs student...I believe we have one of the best special education programs around. We have an extremely inclusive approach to meeting the needs of all students, and encourage every student to succeed. Before blasting the school as a whole in a public forum, I would suggest being more specific about a need that wasn't met, and then truly decide if it is the school's responsibility or your own, or a combination of both. As far as PI status, yes, we joined the other 94% of middle schools in California identified as not meeting federal guidelines under a law that mandates unattainable and unmeasurable goals for public schools. I am very proud of our school and the programs we offer. The staff at San G is by far the best I've seen in almost 20 years of teaching.

awful, terrible, horrendous environment for special needs students! Not to mention it received a "Program Improvement" review under the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001: that means it is failing as a school! What a disgrace!
