I am very unhappy with the leadership/admin: The principal of this school is a bully to parents. I am not happy at all with most aspects of this school. If you child is a low level learner then they will get one on one support otherwise they don't care and won't listen to any type of working together with families. The idea that belonging is ASD's motto is not what is true, on the ground and in reality. It is because no one holds the admin accountable and they can act and do whatever they want. I do not see anyone putting the child first. Very frustrating!

We have been extremely happy with Bellview school which designed an advanced curriculum for one of my children who needed extra challenges. The Bellview community is close-knit, and the staff and teachers get to know the students and families. The interim principal, Lindsay Gates, is wonderful!

Bellview is a very good school. It's small enough that each child gets individual attention, but large enough that it has good access to academic resources. The school has a healthy and supportive culture, very teachers, and excellent administrators. I think it's the best elementary school in southern Oregon.

My son has loved every one of his teachers. They encourage him to go above and beyond, yet support him in a an understanding way when he needs help. All of the administration at Bellview know my son and myself by name, which helps in the overall feeling of community we get at this school.
