This is our second year at Waxpool. We have noticed a huge difference with the elementary school we moved from. The staff and teachers are caring and knowledgeable. Supportive and enthusiastic. W.E. Love Waxpool!

My kids where re-zoned here from Mill Run Elementary and I couldn't be happier. The principal is so great, everyone at the school is really friendly, the school is so nice and beautiful. They are very responsive. The school is great at communicating everything in a timely manner to parents and creating fun and creative events to keep the whole community engaged. My kids loved it here!

This school is amazing, staff takes great pride in maintaining the facilities, creating a welcoming and conducive learning environment for all students.From the principal to the admissions office, everyone we've encountered has been friendly and approachable. The warm smiles and greetings make us feel like a valued part of the school community. It’s reassuring to know that my child is in the hands of dedicated and caring professionals.I hope they can keep up the fantastic work.

Great environment! Teachers and principal, Mr. Pellegrino are awesome in keeping the parents included in the school activities and communications. Admin staff always respond and support with patience and a smile which is usually rare! My daughter loves her school.

We have been at 3 different elementary schools in Loudoun over the years and while all were good schools, Waxpool is BY FAR the best. The attention and care our children received from Mr. Pellegrino and the talented pool of teachers he was able to assemble really proved to us that this is the flagship elementary school of Loudoun County and the rest of the county should model their methods after this school. Full PBL integration was something we were excited about and it has been a joy to watch and see it in place.
