Our daughter has been attending Mar Vista for two years and we have loved this school since day one. All of the teachers and administrators have been amazing, and my daughter has thrived under their care. I am so excited to send my younger children there when they are old enough to attend.

We love this school. This is our third elementary school in Sant Cruz county and it's just what we were looking for. Amazing principle,nice staff, good teachers, friendly parents and children. It's a lovely little neighborhood school that our children enjoy.

We love this school. The teachers are very attentive and the principal has a passion for education and the kids! We are moving and my girls are very sad to leave this beautiful gem!!! Mr. D rocks!!!

Mar vista has a cheery kind atmosphere when ever I have been there for my grand sons.....THis year my 4th grader has had many interesting field trips and projects that have been impressive to hear about and see. My 3rd grader has grown and developed a wonderful academic awareness with such positive support from his teacher and Resource Teacher ......what a gift for him (and us) this year. A happy and successful school year makes such a difference for students, parents and family.

Barbara & Dorthy in the office are wonderful. All the teachers go above and beyond. My kids have thrived at this school.

Mar Vista just became recognized as a 'California Distinguished School' this year. The level of parent involvement and dedication is exceptional, the leadership is spirited, and the diversity of the student body makes it an interesting and fun learning environment.

The parent involvement is above and beyond, everyone contributes and care's. The whole school works together to find resolutions for everything.
