Beautiful new school! The remodel was a long time overdue. I feel absolutely wonderful sending my child there everyday. The staff is one of the hardest working staff I have ever met. The school is very pleasant and they listen to my concerns when need be. I am very proud of the fact my child will attend this school from Pre-K all the way to 5th.

This school has no idea what they are doing. They have lost my child. They have changed there rules to pick up children 4 times in 7 months. You wait 30 minutes in line to pick up your child in car rider line. Some teachers just don't care about there students. Very poorly put together school..

This school has improved so much. There are some new teachers with a warm and caring heart. They are so excited to teach the children. It is really starting to feel like a "hometown" school.

This school has made huge strides to improve. Due to where it is located, it has been forgotten by the community. The teachers are the most caring that I've met among all the schools that my daughters have attended. I felt so touched that I joined the PTA this year, and am trying to get the word out about this school and the great things it has done for the community.

Parents need to be involved. There is a complete lack of involvement from parents and the community. They have a PTA that wrks overtime due to only having 2 members. If the school had more support, it would have a better grade for sure. Plus they have a new remodel in 2013 which will alleviate some of the traffic concerns. This school has been around for 50 years, and has been overlooked by the county for remodel many times. Don't judge a book by its cover.

my daughter spent a total of 3 days there before i pulled her out and started working overtime to put her in private school or the rest of the year. It's not a safe place for your children, total lack of supervision and the teacher did not have the temperment to deal with kindergardners. i wrote the principal and the school board, so hopefully someone will take notice. now, i am breaking my lease to move back to Altamonte @ Lake orienta elem.before school starts.

I moved and enrolled my son into Lovell Elementary as that was the school he was zoned for. I regret it deeply! My son was doing excellent at his old school, his last report card there was 3 As and 2 high Bs that were borderline on being As. His teacher was awesome, we had great communication, there was open door, everything you could want in a teacher and more! Now here we are at Lovell Elementary and his grades are down BIG time even in his fave subjects. Teacher says he'll most likely fail now. At home - we study together, do homework together, read together, etc as I have always done so home is not prob. I don't understand how my almost straight A son could get such low grades all of a sudden. Also, I write his teacher letters and I NEVER get a reply back - I send letters with him to school, write it in his notebook planner and have e-mailed her - NO REPLIES... EVER! Also, one of his classmates slapped him across the face and teacher did nothing. Another classmate called him a little b*tch and all the teacher said was "how would you like it if someone called you that?". Unreal. WILL TRY HARDEST TO SWITCH SCHOOLS FOR THE 2011-2012 YEAR AND NEVER LOOK BACK AT LOVELL!!

This is one of the best schools in the county! All of the teachers are very nice and willing to help out with anything. Administration listens to concerns and are very caring. Everyone really does want the best for the students and goes out of their way to help each one succeed.

This one of the worst schools in the county. If you can avoid sending your child there it will definitely be a plus.
