Was there for three days a few years ago and it was horrible. Teachers are yelling at you CONSTANTLY. Even in the cafeteria there's a woman holding a megaphone telling students to keep quiet and yelling at them if they even dare STAND UP through it.

Was faced with rude office workers ,apparently are bullies them selfs. Children are there to learn ! Not to be terrorized.

The staff members are bullies just like everyone else in the school. This school seems to be a last resort for the misbehaving students who deserve more discipline and structure.

I am a parent of daughter that was a sea hawk, now she goes to a private school. I cannot tell you how awful the staff treated her. The attendance lady treated her terribly! Every looks at everyone like same person. No one was treated well because the bad kids made the good kids look bad. When my daughter first attended this school she had a very hard time finding her way around and all the teachers and staff believed that she was hanging with friends and skipping class. All the kids made fun of my daughter and when she took out a no-contact-contract on the bullies the bullies got meaner. There are no rules here! The kids enjoy ISS for crying out loud!

As a former Sea Hawk, this school gave me a greater outlook of what I can achieve. I spent all three years in band and chorus and got a greater respect of music. I taught myself piano using what I learned from both classes and in the end supported the arts at this school 100%. But however I am shocked to see that GreatSchools gave it a 6/10 and gave Apopka High a 5/10. Apopka is a lot better then it's middle school. The students in middle school here are very immature and I think deserves a lower rating then Apopka High, but that's just me, I mean I actually went to the school.

Omg I love this school!! It's better than wolf lake middle for starters i just started apopka middle 8th grade last year and from what i can say its wayy better than the other middle school ive been too! Its more cleaner, teachers help you and care about your education, Band and Chorus programs are the best I've seen. Goo Seahawks!

AMMS is a great school and well some students are nice and some are not but overall the teachers are nice
