School is average at best. We were told this was one of the best elementary schools in the district. I find that pretty discouraging. The option of pursuing an IEP for a struggling student was met with resistance by teacher. As a result, the IEP process never began and student did not meet any math standards at end of year. Teacher never reached out regarding not meeting standards. There is very little science taught throughout the school year. The administration needs to figure out better ways to handle disruptive students. You know it’s an issue when the main topic after school is what the disruptive student did that day or that multiple adults attempted to calm disruptive student in the classroom to the distraction of the other kids. In addition, the district-wide early release day every Wednesday takes away 1 hour of valuable learning time each week. In a district with not great test scores, one would think they would use this hour for teaching.

Liberty is a wonderful school, I recommend it to everyone worrying about where their child will go to when they are in Elementary School.
