There are some amazing teachers at this school but unfortunately there are also some terrible ones who have no business teaching as they display favoritism and bias and are clearly not passionate about nurturing children and making a positive impact nor have the people skills to deal with parents. My experience with the administration is that they protect their own at the expense of your child. Bullying is not addressed and handled in a very dismissive manner. There is no accountability on the part of staff should your child suffer in anyway. I don't believe that all the children recieve the same level of education and support at this school as another reviewer stated, the wealthy and privelaged students will have a positive experience here. Its really sad how much education has declined since Covid.

i got bullied constantly because of the fact i wasn’t as rich as everyone else. also got harassed by students making rude faces at me. this was back when i was 8. don’t go to this school unless you are a preppy rich white person. they pick and choose who get in trouble

This is an excellent school with wonderful students, parents, teachers, and staff. I am hoping the new principal adequately addresses personnel issues and doesn’t sweep them under the rug. I’m sure there are plenty of great teachers who would like to take the places of any teachers who don’t truly love children.

My children love it and so do I. I noticed an immediate change in one of my kids especially. Kinder, positive, and cheerful disposition since starting Frey as opposed to acting irate and combative when attending another school.

Great, I have had three children go to Frey and we have loved it. The principal is very engaged with the students and all the teachers care.

We just finished up our 3rd year at Frey. We love it and feelSo grateful to be there. The administration sets an incredible tone for the school. It’s a happy, positive and welcoming environment. There are always opportunities to get involved/volunteer at the school and I really appreciate that. The teachers and staff are happy to be there and it shows in all they do. Entering Frey my child had some behavioral issues. The way that the teachers went about helping went above and beyond. Even the principal has shown interest/compassion with our situation. The growth that has taken place with my Child has been remarkable. My other 2 have also had fabulous experiences here. They emphasize good character, kindness, and hard work. It’s a great place to be.

My children and I love Frey! It is a great school with a positive, welcoming environment. My children thrive at this school. The teachers go above and beyond to help their students succeed.

Great! My kids have been at this school for years and look forward to go going to school everyday so they must be doing something right. The teachers do an outstanding job and the administration does it's best to make it a great school. I'm glad my kids didn't go to a different school because I don't think they would have the same attitude or passion about learning. There may be a few under performing kids just like any school but I feel it falls on the parents not teaching them anything at home. Overall from kindergarten to fifth grade my kids have had great wonderful teachers.

This school definitely exceeds our expectations! The staff and administration do a great job of getting to know students on an individual level. They genuinely care about developing and implementing the best path forward for each student to reach their potential.There is also a very strong community of parents who are dedicated in creating engaging events, like Fall Festival, movie nights, school dances, etc. What a wonderful place for my children to grow up!

I currently have my forth child going through Frey. We've have loved all of our teachers and the staff. I volunteer at the school fairly regularly and never see these out of control incidents mentioned in another review. I feel certain that they are unfortunate isolated incidents and is not the norm. The PTSA and Foundation do a lot of great things for the school and the staff and they always welcome volunteers. I could not rate the section about students with learning differences or the bullying because we have never experienced either of these at Frey in the 12 combined years that we have been there. I will also add that we have also home schooled and been in a private school and we are very happy with our experience at Frey.

We absolutely LOVE it here. We could not have felt more welcome or at home when we started school this year. It has been a great experience. I feel lucky to have found Frey and the schools it feeds into. The parent involvement is great and I believe that helps make the environment even better.

Our agent recommended finding a home in the Frey/Durham/Allatoona district 3 years ago and we are SO glad we did! We feel VERY blessed to be at a school that hand picks staff that genuinely love what they do!

I absolutely love this school! I've had 2 of my children go through Frey and still have one currently there. All of my children learn differently as one is in Gifted and another has an IEP. I've been very pleased with the support he's gotten. His co-teachers have been great! I could've chosen many schools but this one was by far my first choice. I've always felt welcomed anytime I come in the doors and they are available to talk when I've needed them. The leadership has made a positive impact to the staff and you can feel that when you walk in the school. To have admin that care about your child and know them by name means a lot. I've been to schools where that isn't the case. I love that our admin actually have a sense a sense of humor and leadership skills. They understand what is needed to run a great school! They are a great addition to Frey. Frey is also on the cutting edge of technology practices as most teachers integrate it everyday into instruction and homework. My kids love FREY!

I feel that Frey wants every child to succeed, and they constantly strive to achieve this, from the administration to the teachers. They have a strong community involvement and strongly encourage parent participation. I love Frey and am thankful for everything they do for my son.

I am extremely grateful my kids are at Frey. Amazing teachers! Everyone I come into contact with at this school has been incredibly kind and supportive. The community events and support from PTA and the Foundation are top notch.
