Teachers are unhelpful, appearing too formal and uptight. There's a lack of communication and personalized attention. While preschoolers work on iPads, they don't even have a friendly playground for the youngest. The classroom feels very cramped, and the gym uniforms are hideous for year-round wear.

Literally traumatizing. I went here as a child. I am still unlearning the horrible things they taught us to believe about ourselves and others. Just genuinely disgusting people, who do not want the best for your children. They want you to hate yourself for anything different about you. Bulling was never prevented, I was told to just "be normal". Small class size means you are stuck with your bullies every day for years. If you love your children, please send them to public school where they can meet real friends and have a community that cares about them.

Just some public school called a catholic school. Unprofessional staff (including the principal). Mean children. Not worth it!

I would rate it as the best place I've ever been. I went to St. Ignatius for ten years, I wish I was back. As a high school student at a college-prep, I feel as if I know exactly what I am doing. The service we do, the laughs we share, and the fascinating lessons all make St. Ignatius the second home I seek frequently. I find myself going back there, no matter how much time goes by. It is painful graduating, that's the only downside. Send your child here, I promise it is the best decision you will ever make.

St. Ignatius of Antioch School has been a second home for our family for the last six years. Our four children are thriving and flourishing in this faith-based, nurturing environment. St. Ignatius is a Blue Ribbon School of Excellence that combines the highest quality education with the Catholic values so important in today’s society. While the school continues to grow, it remains the perfect size; large enough for friendships and interactions to be cultivated, but small enough for individualized personal attention for each student. The principals, teachers, and staff are enthusiastic, caring, compassionate, and understanding. They go above and beyond their roles to ensure that every student is learning appropriately, enjoying their experience, and preparing for the future each and every day they come to school. By choosing St. Ignatius, we are confident that we have given our children the gift of participating in a phenomenal educational experience, blended with fun and opportunity, while growing in their Catholic faith.

I would like to this opportunity to express my gratitude to St. Ignatius of Antioch in Yardley, Pa for providing my daughters with an amazing transition into the 2016-2017 school year. My two youngest daughters started their school career this year, however my oldest daughter started her school career in our home school district. She was skeptical about changing schools as an incoming second grader. The St. Ignatius faculty and staff embraced her and her sisters with open arms. They have provided our children with endless opportunities above and beyond the classroom setting. They helped foster new friendships, instilled importance of religion, and encouraged the value of family involvement. They have a strong focus on academics and helping others. St. Ignatius school believes in positive incentives which encourages my daughters to make every effort to work and play to the best of their abilities. It is a school community that truly feels like a close knit family. I would highly recommend this school.

Love the school & the community. Teachers are wonderful, specifically the 2nd & 3rd grade teachers (we have young children). The only issue we have is with the principal, she is a poor leader, unprofessional, and needs to move on. The asst. principal though is really amazing & very involved at every level (does the work of the principal and then some).! They really need to work on communication with parents, it's not consistent.

Wonderful school! Couldn't be more impressed by the faculty and the academics. This school turns out highly educated and well rounded children. St. Ignatius is a treasure in Yardley.

This was our first year at Saint Ignatius, thankfully it was a very smooth transition from the public school system. Academics at St. Ignatius are top notch. The emphasis on religion and treating others with kindness and compassion is one of the many reasons we chose this school. You won't be disappointed.

not good. Our child was not thriving at all and the bad behavior of both parents and students was alarming. The teachers are not very helpful. The school is just too small.

I can't say enough good things about our school. I have to say it was the best decision my husband and I made to enroll our child into St. Ignatius. It's a very happy and nourishing environment. The curriculium is amazing and exceed any expectations. As a matter of fact when we compared it with one of supposedly best private school in the area we were blown away. Teachers are helpful, respectful and treat our kids like their own. Principal is very professional and caring. I don't agree with some of the reviews here because it's simply not true. I would encourage anyone who is in the process of searching for school to come and see by themselves. I guarantee you won't be dissapointed.

I agree with all of the negative comments. This school needs much work. The teachers are not helpful. The parents are very difficult to get along with and their children are not well behaved.

Dear Prospective Parents, I invite all parents to formulate their own judgements. We work very hard at St. Ignatius to provide the best possible education and environment for our students. Do we always get it right? No, we are human and make mistakes. But rest assure we try our best to work with a family to take care of their concerns. As far as academics, we had the best Terra Nova scores in Bucks County and our 8th grade students are accepted at the best private high schools. So do not let one person form your opinion - call, come in and see what St. Ignatius can do for your child.

They toot their horns about family...more like a dysfunctional family. Few teachers are friendly. Issues don't get addressed. The school is too small, so if you have bad mix of kids in the class, there's nowhere else they can place your child. One class per grade.
