I used gotten bullied here and no helped me when this kid Ryan pushed me into a table and the teachers did nothing and the teachers know who I am ever since that teacher got caught for taking pictures of little boys they were using the bathroom mind you these kids used the bathroom with their pants down and they were boys the school hasn’t been good ever since that incident. Please don’t take your kids here this school is one of the worst schools in Worcester. No it’s not one it is the worst schools in Worcester.

As an old student that graduated this school in 2022 and experienced this school for 7 years (k-12) I believe this school has some ups and downs but its a great school because its improving. I see nothing wrong with this school besides some of the students. Teachers need to be more tuff but nice and understanding and also teach them why people in the special education are people too and should be treated fair.

I'm reviewing after a year of Kindergarten. I consider my education to be top notch, but my children at Norrback are lightyears beyond where I was at the end of Kindergarten. I've been so impressed with the curriculum, their progress in reading and math, and teacher/staff engagement. The class sizes are just right, and the children are exposed to art and music as well. They use tablet-based programs that enable teachers to customize lessons for students, and keep them learning should they miss a day. The PTO is very engaged here. Finally, I'm really impressed with the diversity that can be found within the student body. Students come from families of all different national origins, compositions, arrangements, etc. This is particularly important as it creates a learning atmosphere comprised of many enriching cultures.My children have thrived at Norrback. After considering school choice, I'm glad we opted for the public school right in our own neighborhood. Norrback is fantastic.

My friends son went to school here. At such a young age, he was bullied relentlessly. The school failed to do anything. To hear of him coming home in tears everyday and ultimately having to transfer is disgusting and heartbreaking. Shame on the school system and administration for failing him.

In our first year at Norrback, my boys are pleased; the principal and the teachers are very nice and amazing. They are working too hard with the students to make remote learning the best experience. Teachers are passionate about seeing their students succeed. There are great by sharing moments of pride that they see within your child, their good behavior, and achievement. Great school. Our family is so grateful for our Norrback Family.

I have had two children attend Norrback. One was there K-6 and one is a current student. The teachers are all excellent, and welcome parent involvement. The administration is supportive of teachers, however I do not believe they are as interested in parent involvement, particularly the principal. My children have excelled and I am very happy they have attended Norrback.

This is a white privilege run school. There is a reason parents are not permitted to stop in and see how their kids are being spoken to and treated. They work against single mothers using bully tactics and purposely make the kids upset with certain. Situations. Don't donate to this school or send your child there if u r Hispanic or of color, these are the kids being bullied and talked down to the most by the teachers and staff.

I personally know some of the teachers and Principal Allen; they all collaborate to create an environment where students flourish in a mix of challenging academia and community events (which are also a lot of fun!). They just scored Level 1, the highest rating possible! I have no hesitation recommending Norrback! RMM

Norrback Ave. school is a great school with committed teachers, parents and administration. This is my daughter's second year there and she's in their fabulous Spanish two-way or dual language program. In addition to learning a second language, she'll stay with a cohort of children until 4th grade. Another bonus is that the class size for two-way is a little smaller than traditional kindergarten classrooms. The school does a lot of great activities for the students and families. For all these reasons, we love Norrback!!

My son attends Kindergarten at Norrback. Its a really good school where teachers care about their students. They work very hard at getting parents and students involved in school activities which I think is good for the kids. The more parents have a presence at the school and show interest the better the kids are going to do.
