We’ve had our child at schools so open minded and freeform that there wasn’t any education happening and schools so ridged that even though he was doing alright academically he was miserable. Elements Montessori has found the rare balance required for true passion based learning. I think it’s because of the deep commitment to the original principals of Dr. Maria Montessori, MD. It’s amazing how my video game tech loving kid is happy to go to his technology free classroom. The conceptual thinking he is learning at Elements is also helping him in his after school programming classes. My son’s classroom is calm and the kids are focused, no overcrowding or chaos. He is doing really well academically AND happy! Elements is a great school. I can’t recommend it enough.

Miss Molly was our son’s first teacher at another school. We jumped at the chance to follower her when she opened her own school and are so pleased that we did. Her commitment to the whole child is a rare thing today. She nurtures the children and helps them see things in a new way. The materials in the class are excellent and there is something for everyone at every level. The communication and feedback between parent and teacher is every day, another rarity. What a great school environment to foster learning.

"Molly is an insightful and well prepared educator, who is able to manage a classroom setting, guide children through interesting and engaging educational experiences, and create and environment which sparks inquiry. She brings to the table a deep understanding of Montessori philosophies and principals and delivers them in creative ways that capture the interest of busy little learners. Elements is the only accredited Montessori elementary school in the San Fernando Valley--wow what a difference! Molly whole-heartedly cares for the students and their education. We ve had great teachers before, but to find a school where teachers and administrators are in sync is a wonderful thing. To also have someone so well-versed in Montessori theory and practice is extraordinary. Our son just loves this school. He's made staggering leaps in reading and math. (Previous schools left him struggling, if not un-aware of what most of us consider the basic 3Rs.) The experiential and ancillary studies & activities at Elements have been equally captivating. (I myself, an MSEE, have learned new things in my few minutes at drop-off and pick-up.) We love having our child learn at his own pace in a safe environment, while also being exposed to and challenged by knowledge, lessons, and new things. It s the only school we ve experienced that has delivered more than expected. If you re looking for a school where your child will be guided to grow academically in a fun, progressive, nurturing, yet time-proven and refined Montessori way we cannot recommend Elements highly enough.

My husband and I love Montessori.We believe and embrace Montessori teaching and principles.I am writing this review to make a comment on our previous experience with Miss Molly.Our now 10 year old boy was with Ms Molly for almost 2 years(in a different Montessori school). He loves Ms Molly! As a teacher,she is very passionate and cares very much for her students.She is compassionate and takes a personal interest in each individual student.Ms Molly is very patient and we have seen her provide a curriculum tailored to each student's strengths and weaknesses.She creates an environment that encourages learning and makes it fun.Our son enjoyed learning in Ms Molly's class and he was given an opportunity to be very independent in areas he was interested about,with his teacher's guidance.He was also provided with work tagged as advanced for his age and he tackled these with absolute confidence.I loved that he came home everyday to talk about new things he learned and looking forward to going back to school the following day.This was the kind of environment Ms Molly provided for her students.We feel very blessed to have met Ms Molly and to this day,we have stayed in touch.She is admirable!

We couldn t be happier with Elements. Although we are new to Montessori, we are completely sold that it is the best environment for learning. Coming from a local public school (one of the so called best in the west valley) we are so pleased to see our son effortlessly learning without the constant pressure to perform that was present at his old school. He has a renewed interest in learning and comes home from school relaxed and happy. Ms. Molly is the absolute best teacher and seems to know how to reach each child. We feel so fortunate to have found this amazing new school.

We love Montessori, but having our 3 children at Elements has been so far the best experience for them and the best choice we've ever made as parents. Ms Molly is extremely professional and she is amazing with the kids, she focuses on the development of each student with such passion that is hard to pass unnoticed. The fusion of smart academics and the supporting and caring atmosphere makes this school the perfect choice for parents who really care about forming highly prepared individuals out of their children, not only knowledgeable to face the challenges of every day life, but with a sense of self-awareness and respect for their environment very much needed in our world today and for the future. Elements has brought a new light into our lives, the astounding progress in our kids as well as the excitement on their faces EVERY time we pick them up after school is a truly delightful feeling, we couldn't ask for more. We feel really lucky to have found such an amazing school, the depth of our gratitude towards Ms Molly and Elements goes far beyond our hearts. It is wonderful !!
