No todos tenemos la misma suerte como padre de Familia Tengo mala experiencia en esta escuela , La directora pierde los estribos con facilidad y tiene escepcion de personas , desecpcionada estoy . ESTA alli porque la asignaron a trabajar , hasta me dijo que iba a llamar la policia , pues le dije que la podia llamar. en UN momento pude ver la doble personalidad que tiene , Ella sabe a quien le grita , gritar no significa tener autoridad para decir las cosas. Tengo testigos pero de nada me sirve , porque es una Empleada de la escuela, lastomosamente Ella la asignaron como directora. Mis hijos no quiero que sigan estudiando en esta escuela. No hay que confundir ganar dinero y trabajar por UN salario . que tener pasion por El trabajo . la razon fue porque fui a traer mi hijo a las 4 de la tarde y lo mas tarde es a las 3.20. yo entiendo . pero se complico porque tenia cita con la pediatra de una bebe de 6 meses , y solo UN doctor habia atendiendo para los que estaban en cita . El telefono se me apago , pero no llamaron a mi esposo yo no tenia manera de llamar. eso no pasa todos los dias , fue una casualidad eso a cualquier padre le hubiera pasado.Not all of us have the same luck as parents. I have a bad experience at this school. The principal loses her temper easily and has exceptions from people. I am disappointed. SHE IS there because they assigned her to work, she even told me that the police were going to call, well I told her that she could call them. At ONE moment I could see the double personality she has. She knows who she is shouting at, shouting does not mean having the authority to say things. I have witnesses but it is of no use to me, because she is a school employee, unfortunately she was assigned as director. I don't want my children to continue studying at this school. Do not confuse earning money and working for ONE salary. You have to have passion for work. The reason was because I went to bring my son at 4 in the afternoon and the latest is 3:20. I understand . But it got complicated because I had an appointment with the pediatrician for a 6-month-old baby, and only ONE doctor was attending to those who had an appointment. My phone went off, but they didn't call my husband, I had no way to call. That doesn't happen every day, it was a coincidence that would have happened to any parent.

Do NOT send your child here. I wanted to make a difference as a teacher so I chose a title 1 school. They set these children up for failure. As a former teacher here, these students who should be held back are just being passed. This school is a joke and a disgrace to public education. Teachers are not allowed to give below a 50 so if you child doesn't turn anything in for the entire school year they still pass. They dont believe holding back a child does any good and that is coming directly from the principal when i wanted to hold half my class back. I taught 5th grade math and science. I had atleast 10 students each year (mind you I only stayed for 2 and 1/2 years) who couldn't read and couldn't add/subtract. How do you teach 3 digit multiplication and 4 by 2 digit division when a child can't add and subtract. According to standards taught, Addition and subtraction should be mastered before the end of 2nd grade otherwise you are just setting that child up for failure and increasing the high school drop out rate. How do you prepare them for the eog if they can't read to be able to tell whether a problem is addition, subtraction, multiplication, or division. They need to start this school completely from scratch and honestly get north carolina education board involved to reshape this school. Hire teachers that actually care about your child's learning and wants them to succeed verses oh well let the next grade figure it out.

The staff is awful, thus the schools poor test scores. PLEASE do not consider this school for your children. Most of the staff is young, inefficient, and the school is just consuming state funding. I have never in my life dealt with such incompetent adults.

I love that the teachers genuinely care about the education that the students are receiving. And that you can always talk to a teacher or staff member about ways to help your child succeed.

this is one of the most dysfunctional schools ive ever dealt with. u cant accomplish anything. they barely have homework....teachers r there for just a paycheck. run the other way
