St Gabriel school is an outstanding school developing well rounded students in grades prek-8. Students are challenged regularly and have the support to enable them to succeed. The Catholic values are instilled within the students as well as a rigorous education preparing students for successful contribution to our society.

Overall St. Gabriel School is an excellent school. My kids have been going there for years and we love everything about it. The teachers, faculty and staff are all dedicated individuals. I would highly recommend this school to anyone.

This school is excellent! Great principal and teachers, with a thorough curriculum. Amazing! They have a lot of community work, such as Project Linus, Covenant to Care, and many more. All subjects are taught well, and there's a lot of homework to keep the minds of the students going.

If your child is smart enough in the academics, join him , otherwise you will face lot of pressure, St Gabriel school always looks for A or A+ in the student right from first quarter. My son faced lot of pressure, always gets complain that your son has to improve in this on that etc. They even made him go through some testing by board of education if he is special needs child, just because his processing time of information is slow compared to others.. my son lost his self esteem because of this. management also not supports new comers and tries to corner the student when there is bullying issue (petty issues also) and blames the new comer , my son face two issues like this, principal herself agreed that she "assumed" our son did it, which is ridiculous. She made him to write the apology letter to other student that he stole her pen even though he also own same kind of pen, she assumed that's not his pen but other students. these kind of petty issues also they are not able to manage at school and tries to suppress the kid and his parents who are soft spoken just because they have to answer other parent.. This School is not meant for character development, they don't encourage new students. When you look back, you have to remember the sweet memories , but we had bitter memories. with this school. The good part of the school is I like the way they give home works and conduct weekly tests. again may be it depends of the teacher.

class sizes are too large. Teachers are not trained to handle large class sizes hence the lack of differentiation. Administrator is not strong. Too much teacher turnover throughout the school year and between years. special teachers are not highly qualified. save your money.

As a parent of a very spirited child, it was a rough start at SGS but everyone between us at home, teacher, principal and para all worked together to get on the same page and do the best for my child. It is so nice to be part of a population of people with kind, considerate, polite kids. With parents that are involved with their kids. Everyone is working with the kids, helping them to be the best they can be. We are very happy with SGG and hope to be there till 8th grade.

Very small school but huge class sizes. Teachers are ok- disappointed with Kindergarten teacher. The administration is lacking. Although, better than the public schools in Windsor.

Everyone wants to believe the school they choose for their children are the best, hence 'they are doing the best by their kids'. In this case, my daughter went to St. G's, but switched out due to finanicial issues. She was in the top 10% of her class at St. G's, and after starting at the local public school she was having a hard time keeping up, and didn't even get into the higher math and language arts courses. St. G's doesn't take the CMT's like the public schools in town, so we couldn't compare apples to apples. I have a feeling they do that on purpose. In hind sight, I feel a bit short-changed.

The teachers are great with the kids! Kids learn discipline, respect and values besides the academics. Great school!!
