Horrible. As the saying goes "the fish rots from the head down" A change in the administration, namely the Superintendent must go or this school will continue to go down. Look at the numbers over the last 4 years. We are accepting mediocrity. What a shame! This town needs to wake up

I am a parent of an IEP student. My child went to the Westfield MA public school system and I had so many issues with this school and some of the teachers there, and I am an alumni of the Westfield High School. I guess years do make a difference. I had to move out of state for my health and the Florida school which was one of the top schools in Florida I placed my child in. It was okay. My child had some nice and attentive teachers there. Unfortunately, we had to move back to Massachusetts due to a family emergency. This school is amazing! I have never had such an attentive IEP meeting with my child's teachers, and my child who has a learning disability went from bottom to top. My child is graduating this year in pro merito honor society. I am so proud and very happy with this school. The only thing I am upset about is they let one of the teachers go this year and this teacher did so well. So as a parent of an IEP child who attended this school I am very proud and I can not stop smiling. Not only that, my dad graduated at this school back in the 1960's and it makes me smile as my child was not able to meet her grandfather as he passed away before she was born. I give this school definitely an "A".
