Our family has lived in Washington for 15+ years, with 2 now graduated from WCHS. They have both received an excellent education with honors and AP credit classes that have helped them earn great college scholarships. The staff at the school is engaged with the community and communicates well. The school offers many athletic, band, and club opportunities and has good parent support of those programs. Nearby community center (Five Points) has library, pool, health club, and theater to support school activities.

We moved here from northern Michigan and absolutely love this school. My child is able to take honors and AP courses. They have a great system for supporting student success with math labs, study hall, teachers willing to meet with and help students often. We are very happy we moved here.

I think it's funny how teachers at this school can be logged onto ten different websites and then wonder why students can't get on the Internet half the time. Also some of the teachers at this school are fairly awesome, some just expect students to know how to do the material without going over it first, and others are just plain stuck up. Other than that, I had an excellent experience at this school.
