So far my son is doing well, going into the 5th grade for 2017.

My son is in the 3rd grade. We just recently moved from Pennsylvania. I can not say enough about the school. My son has Mrs, Caton and Mrs. Miller. They are excellent teachers. My son has an IEP. I can not say enough about the amount of support and dedication from Mrs. Miller. Last week he came home with seven test which he received a 100 on each test. This is a dramatic improvement from last year in Pennsylvania. Out of my 8 years olds mouth he said the difference between here and Pennsylvania, the teachers really teach! That alone is impressive. I had dealings with the principal as there was a child bothering my children on the bus. The principal handled the situation and met with my husband and I quickly, He was compassionate and fair. I must say he is personable and very approachable. My suggestion to you is if you are considering sending your children here....DO IT!! I am more than pleased! Here is another thing I was shocked with, with the exception of one child there have not been any bullying issues. That alone is refreshing! The only thing I can say is I miss more involvement with the parents in the classrooms for parties and assemblies but the kids are getting older.

Politics...Politics...Politics. Take it from someone who knows. The staff is not treated well. The children are the ones who lose. Unfortunately, many of the teachers and administrators who have the children's interest in mind do, too.

Great school. Teachers are outstanding. The principal is not the best leader, only thinks about how to please the superintendent not the kids, faculty or parents. Listens but doesn't put forth much effort. Otherwise the education is great.
