I would like to report Walnut Heights inequitable Covid testing policy’s -absences require a Covid test-the school offers a 3-day PCR test -according to Patricia Otten: kids are allowed to pay $125 for a rapid result test which allows them to come back same-day. Those that can’t afford this test are forced to miss three days of school. To make matters worse, my child got sick from a school event where a parent volunteer provided my child with an irresponsible amount of candy.

Walnut Heights is an outstanding elementary school! The teachers and staff are dedicated, professional, kind, and caring. The setting is absolutely beautiful with the Open Space in the background. Overall just a wonderful place for your kids or grandkids to spend their elementary school days!

Traumatic experiences with bullying here. Not just by other kids, but by teachers and staff. They excuse the bullying by attempting to place fault on the victim. We're new and this school's rating needs to be downgraded to reflect this.

A detailed review I posted was removed without explanation. That's suspicious. I'll be brief here and just say: Nearly all of the teachers our kids have had here have been wonderful. Leadership at the school has been poor, including unprofessional behavior at times. There's very little offered for kids who are academically advanced and who would benefit from being challenged.

My son loves the school. The teachers are very experienced and professional. The staff and students are friendly. Love the school community and atmosphere here. Thank you!

Worst 6 years of my life. Years of bullying, getting harrassed and tormented by snotty kids and teachers. I would never enroll my kids here.
