Our 2-year-old attended the toddler class at Springfield, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the warm and loving teachers and staff. The environment is filled with kindness and care, making it a wonderful place for little ones to grow. Our child learned so much through the Montessori-based curriculum and always had a great time laughing and playing with friends. We highly recommend Springfield to any family looking for a nurturing and joyful preschool experience!

We had the most wonderful experience with Springfield. Every teacher and staff member has been caring through and through. Our little boy had trouble getting adjusted to pre-school life after covid and they were patient and loving and made him LOVE going to school everyday. He really developed a strong bond with Ms. Melissa and Ms. Shorheh. Our little girl loved her time with Ms. Katrina and Ms. Melissa and Ms. Natalie. We cannot say enough good things about the school and I highly recommend them!

The best choice we made for a preschool! The teachers and admins are so amazing and attentive. They treated the kids like their own and helped them truly flourish and get them ready as much as possible for their next adventure in grade school. Ms. Melissa and Ms. Natalie are just one of a kind. They put in so much effort and time to make sure each child has an equal chance to thrive and at their own pace. We highly recommend Springfield!

Our two girls attended Springfield through Kindergarten and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience for either of them. Their teachers were caring, nurturing educators who tuned into each child to bring forth the best in them. The administration team is highly organized and effective as you’d expect from a school like this, but also warm, personable, and accessible. We felt deeply cared for by them, and enjoyed all the ways we could be involved in the school community. We even met some of our best friends there, which we realize isn’t uncommon - the Springfield network is quite special. And we can’t even count the number of parents who’ve expressed wishing that Springfield extended beyond Kindergarten! We’re definitely in that camp, and feel so grateful for the years our girls have had being so well educated and so well cared for there.

Nothing about this school in Montessori style

This school is committed to the Montessori method and excels with child-driven work time and the annual international / cultural faire. They did an incredible job trying to maintain the things that make pre-school special even when COVID regulations made it tough and added experiences like Music, Gardening, Zumba, Sign Language, and Yoga were wonderful gifts at a time when I could not setup extra curricular activities. Like many schools, the more you put in to connecting with the teachers and office staff and engaging with your child about school, the better the experience will be. I sent both my kids here - 8 years apart! - the first was a "model student" who was always strong in academics and her teachers really helped her develop socially while the second was "bold" and the teachers helped her with impulse control and the "work" of school. They both surprised me with the number of things they learned and continued to talk about for many months (even years) after on topics we just might not have gotten to with two parents working most of the week. And in both cases, the teachers and office staff found something to genuinely appreciate about my kids which is really the most important thing at this age. Extra special shout outs to Ms Amrita (we are all so blessed you have continued working all this time, in whatever role you are able), Ms Akari (who has moved on to a lead teacher role of her own), and Ms Katrina and Ms Marissa and Ms Rachel for their endless patience and love.

My wife and I were disappointed with the lack of communication regarding sudden change of policies. Big changes were casually sent out days before the start of the semester. Additionally they have not communicated to us if there curriculum will return to normal. Meaning they used to have Zumba, Spanish and Music. We were under the assumption it would return at some point given our tuition continues to rise but they have no commented on this important aspect.

Coming from several years of Montessori with my older child in NY, we found the leadership and teaching staff to be exceptional at Springfield. My children are thriving in this environment

This is a truly phenomenal school and will provide a great start for your kids. My son attended Springfield for kindergarten and it was one of the best decisions we made. The kids are academically challenged, they are supported and nurtured, and the facilities are top notch. In particular, the kindergarten teacher Miss Belinda is a stand out. She said the kids would be starting on first grade work by January and she was right! As we await first grade to start, my son now reads ME a book every night before bed and regularly sits down to do pages of addition and subtraction. The school is pricey, but literally worth every penny. You will not regret sending your child here.

I am a parent of a child that has attended this school since age 2. It is truly remarkable how she has developed in this environment. Excellent teachers, well planned curriculum and a beautiful environment. Can't wait to send my other children to this school when they come of age!
