We've had a mixed experience here. Some of the teachers are great, but we had one in particular (Kindergarten) who talks to the kids like they're a nuisance to her. She cuts them off and ignores them sometimes. She gives a lot of homework. Yes! In Kindergarten!! It's so much busy work.

One of the best schools, the kids were great and there is always a learning opportunity. They had early schedules and late schedules for different sets of students per class and grade in the lower grade.

Most teachers are quick to judge and dismissed any difficult situations without solving. I caught them severally bluffing and blaming my child.

Very good; staff is very kind towards students and help students reach their academic goals. The students are very open minded about the world around them. Also, as of the beginning of the new school year in 2018, the school already has more than 1,000 students attending.

I have two children attending this school and I am very satisfied with everything they have learned and the progress they have made each year! My oldest daughter attended Romier which is farther away and a horrible school. The two schools are like night and day! I wish I would have taken the initiative to place my oldest at Oswalt, after seeing how great of a school it is to attend.

Overall, a great experience. Love 1) the level of the PTSA involvements, which has also contributed to the success of the school; 2) the teachers that are genuine about the success of the kids; 3) the curriculum that constantly integrates technology and focuses on the both the soft (caring, responsible, etc.) and technical skills of a child.

This school is yet the best school I've ever been to. The teachers are so motivative and kind, and the students everywhere are willing to be your friend. It feels like you're family at this school. I like that this school has taught me everything I need to know about yet it's so smooth to go through. I think my school is great enough, so this is why I give it 5 stars, and a high five to you, Stanley G. Oswalt Academy

Keep up the great work. My kids love it at Oswalt. Hard working teachers and use of technology.

its used to be great elementary school. but after school became K-8 grade school everything changed. Teachers are not qualify to teach 7 or 8 grade. they are too busy copying it off from their notes and can't explain things when students have questions. Teachers needs to get more education or need to hire who can actually teach! As a year goes by, i'm just upset and very sad to see school change.

My daughter has attended this school since kindergarten. Every teacher she has had has been willing to go above and beyond to help their students be successful. Oswalt continues to use the latest technology to give its students the best academic advantage possible. There may be a slight amount of bias on my part as I am an alum of Oswalt myself. It was great then and is continuing the legacy!
