We love this school!! My son has shown so much growth. We love the small class sizes and academics are very important. I would recommend you check out MPB! You will love it just like my family!

I have received such horrible treatment at this school and don't recommend anyone send their children here.

Most Precious Blood School got a new principal last year, she came at a very bad time for our school but has turned it all around. The school has never looked better, the atmosphere is always happy and cheerful. My kids love going to school everyday. The academics are excellent by all the teachers. This is a friendly caring school.

This school is one of the best that I have seen. My daughter is in preschool and loves going to school everyday. The staff has been nothing but nurturing, professional and approachable. I am going to keep my daughter in this school until she graduates 8th grade. I can't say enough about the amount of parent involvement, much more than at a public school.

There has always been an open door policy by all teachers, Administration and staff at MPB. I've had experiences with all three during the past 10+ years. The school is clean. The classrooms were painted by the principal and volunteers this past summer so that the children could have a newer looking room. The budget has been shared by the pastor in the past and tuition would be at least 3 times more if parents did pay the true costs without fundraising and Bingo. The school is inspected by all appropriate authorities, as all schools are, and has always passed inspections. These are the same inspections that the public schools are held to. Please parents, when you are choosing a school you must go for yourself. Since this method of bashing or supporting an organization is subjective and anonymous. Yes I worked Bingo and committed to working fundraising events, but I made my own decisions about this school and please know that my children received a strong foundation for their high school years. The negative comments have been said before by unhappy former employees and parents who feel they should be the BOSS of the staff and principal. Go-see decide for yourself!

DISGUSTING. You can find more dirt at MPB then you'll find in a landfill. Ants everywhere. Janitors are only paid until 3pm so nothing gets cleaned after 3 pm. Parents have to paint and upkeep the classrooms in summer and you have to work bingo 2 times a month while other non paying families don't have to work any. Tuition is a joke. You tell them you can't pay so you don't while others are paying the tuition. Side deals are made all the time regarding free or reduced tuition (nearly all have at least 11 kids) All MPB is about summer basketball, fundraising and Bingo. And as per previous reviews, the "wealthier" kids can do no wrong.

My daughter is now in 1st Grade, and I am happy to say that her Kindergarten and Assistant teacher really prepared her for this next level. My daughter is always excited to go to school and never scared. She is one of the smartest in class :) All the staff are friendly and dependable.

I dont think that you should send your kids to this school. All they care about is money. You are nothing in this school unless you have money. I was at this school for one year and my mother had to take me out of this school because they were treating the kids who had money better. I had so many of my friends leave this school because of this reason. Trust me when I say DONT SENT YOUR KIDS HERE!

Most Precious Blood School is top notch. Our school boasts a strong academic program coupled with many extracurricular activities. The faculty and administration are professional and hard working. Catholic values are infused in daily lessons. Frequent visits from the parish priest give the students a sense of belonging to a larger Church family. MPB is all about the students!

This is a great school with a wonderful faculty and staff. Instruction here is top notch. I have never seen or head of any type of intimidation or fear being used as a discipline method. I have found the principal to be caring and professional at all times. I believe that the principal and the staff have created an atmosphere of learning that allows students to learn and grow to their full potential!

The one glaring weakness with this otherwise great school is the principal. As noted correctly in one of the earlier reviews by a parent, the principal is known as a "screamer" who loses her temper, yells at kids, and does not have a clue about any type of discipline that doesn't rely on intimidation and fear. These same characteristics were evident in the two previous schools in which she worked. She is also known for her tendencies to carry a grudge and to divide the faculty by securing a close bond with one or two faculty members and'or an administator, at the expense of the other faculty members. Parents have complained to the pastor and the archdioces, but nothing has been done. This is a shame.

Most Precious Blood in Walden is a very strong academic oriented school. The staff are all very professional and caring. I have taught in a number of Catholic and public schools and this school has the strong leadership, values and compassionate attention that most families desire for the strong educational, social, and spiritual development of their children. My room was cleaned regularly by the custodial staff, and the children were taught to respect God's environment and keep their space picked up. This school under the leadership of Mrs. Patricia O'Connor and her staff is academic excellence at its finest.

This school is unimpressive. The building is ill-maintained. It is dirty. The restrooms and drinking fountains are dirty. There is black stuff (most possibly, mold) in the drinking fountain spouts. There was repeated incidents of bug bites in the Pre-K room. Pre-K students are made to take naps in the principal's office. The principal is frequently not in the building. She yells at students who are misbehaving. She does not seem to be trained enough to discipline students without raising her voice. The teachers love food projects and makes it a point to celebrate all holidays with junk food. They are unconsciously promoting unhealthy eating. They love their cupcakes and candy! The curriculum is not broad enough. Art is limited to drawin and coloring. No other media used. Schedule is a mere guideline. Kids are still out in the parking lot at 8:30 am for their morning ceremony. Not all teachers are present when the morning ceremony is done outsides. Kids are made to line up outside even in the winter for about 10-15 minutes while most teachers and the principal stay in the building. How inconsiderate!
