The WORST EXPERIENCE in that school, they didn't deserve any star, KIDS ARE NOT SAFE they have this teacher who punished and hit students in Kindergarten she knows that the kids are scared of her and they won't tell their parents, but mines it's not like others, the PRINCIPAL AND DISTRICT COVERS HER BACK, all because the parent choice school reputation, but they DON'T CARE ABOUT THE STUDENTS.

Overall an OK school. Mental health resources are definitely not the best. Nutrition is not at all something talked about often between authorities, regardless of the multiple students getting food poisoning every month, and the kids constantly getting sent to the nurse's office for nausea, vomiting, dizziness, and overall discomfort. Although there is barely any physical bullying going around, tons of verbal bullying, and plenty of rude attitudes. A whole lot of swearing goes around, and authorities do nothing about it. Aids/Proctors are very rude, usually reprimanding the children harshly for getting hurt, and have very obvious favorites. Teachers are alright, very strict, but sometimes provide small gifts/motivators. The kids are absolutely terrible, kids can hardly ever find friends. In summary, overall and OK-ish school, but I wouldn't recommend it. (All information provided comes from my two children, and some other Mom-Friends I have spoken to which also have children whom go here.)

School administrators are bullies and allow bulling with in the students, there is a pic of a bruise armAnd principal did nothing, I had yo get my daughter put of school, she was getting hurt in a QUESTIONABLE way

Run away as fast as you can from principal with no people skills and credentialing issues...

I love Gus Franklin. I love how all my teaches are reachable at all time on dojo. I love how active principal is in everyday schooling. If theres a problem its address right away. I like being able to volunteer without having to be at school. I could go on and on.

Gus Franklin has only been open for 2 years and after the first year I was more than satisfied with the environment. The teachers and staff are amazing, the interest and time they invest on our children is priceless! Mrs.Blazy the principal is extremely involved with what goes on, she's aware if EVERYTHING ! I highly recommend checking out the campus!
