We did not have good experiences at this school.Considering Covid lockdowns and mental health for the children we felt the 6th grade teacher was not mindful and kept raising her voice on my son and her harsh discipline gave him anxiety to attend school. We also had issues with safety and bullying - one time there was a homeless man going to the bathroom outside of the fence then we also had issues with really rough kids bullying my son who's a huge 5'5 11 year old basketball player they kept bothering him at the basketball court and when things didn't go their way they waited for him in the park next door. Thankfully I ran fast at pick up to break a possible jump on my son. After 2 months we left this school. It was a combination of a strict 6th grade teacher that was over the top yelling for minor issues and embarrassing him infront of the class and also the rough kids. I was also concerned regarding academics coming from a Charter school in the Valley the first few months of 6th grade were easy for my son because he learned in 5th grade already so, that was an other reason for leaving - I hope this review is helpful.

Meadows is an excellent school. It provides a safe, caring, and effective learning environment where students enjoy learning and are excited to explore more in their studies. Meadows students flourish not only in academics but in character development as well. The teachers are amazing, the entire staff is wonderful, and the over-all feeling at Meadows is that of family! As a parent, I love the fact that I was very welcomed at the school and was provided many opportunities to volunteer. Both my daughters and I loved Meadows. I am sad that we have graduated. I miss the school and people there very much!

We are so thrilled to be a part of the Meadows community! The kids, staff and volunteers/parents are all top notch and there is a strong feeling of camaraderie. We want a bigger house someday but we can't imagine moving until our kids are graduated from this amazing school!

Had three kids go through this school and had great experiences with all of them. With a set of twins, I expected some obstacles but the school staff worked with us and our concerns every time. Very grateful for all of their hard work.

We are finishing our third year at Meadows since relocating to Valencia. We bought our home based on Great School's rating, and are so glad we did. Meadows has become like a family with excellent staff and wonderful families. We love Meadows.

Both teachers (Dobry and Porter) are amazing teachers. Both have copious amounts of patience to deal with the kids and immense abilities in regards to their organization and classroom instruction. Love them and this school!!

Great academic curriculum; my daughter was very well prepared for junior high school. There were a lot of fun and outdoors activities too. Since this school is next to a beautiful park the kids got the chance to play all kind of games. There was always supervision. The school had some special events and fundraisers throughout the year that were very well visited (and I assume successful). In 6th grade the fun got buttoned down a bit and the kids had more work. Also the teachers didn't want parent volunteers around anymore. Which was fine. It was all to prepare the kids for the next step. We walked to this school every day for the seven years my daughter went there. She had a beautiful childhood in this neighborhood and at her Meadows school. I'm so glad she went there!
