We have absolutely loved our time at Owens! Being a part of a larger school district gives us the abilities to be successful with the perks of being a smaller campus. The options are limitless at Owens. Our recent report card of all A's goes to prove that! Teachers get to know not only the students but also their families. Our community in this area is so amazing & supportive of each other. It's been an honor to be a part of the Owens family.

Absolutely terrible! They use a color chart as a scare tactic. It’s very counterproductive. Plenty of research on this!

Owens has performed well in standardized testing in a district that is sub-par. More importantly, the environment is warm and nurturing while providing a solid education. The teachers at Owens, as a whole, are some of the best in the district. My concerns have always been handled well and while parents play a strong role in supporting the success of their students, the school is clearly run by administration.

My three kids go to Owens and it has been wonderful. The teachers have all be great. They always work with the kids, regardless of their issues.

It is a wonderful place for the kids to learn good teachers and a very safe environment! My daughter loved Owens and now my son is in 1st grade and loves everyday of it!

It is a wonderful environment with great kids and wonderful teachers..My son did great at Owens and my daughter is in Kindergarden now and she loves it!

My child has special needs. He has a major heart defect, and ADD......he cannot take meds for his ADD because of the heart issue. Owens staff has been so wonderful to work with us, and encourage other coping mechanisms, and help my child succeed despite setbacks. He went from nearly failing the second grade, to Target (talented and gifted) within one year of special attention to his needs. His teacher this year, Ms. Bennett, has been absolutely AMAZING with communication regarding his work and behavior in the classroom! It truly takes a community effort to get our children raised and educated properly, and Owens staff do SUCH an amazing job during the hour s they have our kids! Thank you, Owens!

Owens is the best!! I have had two children to graduate from Owens and now I have my last child that is currently attending. Owens is a place where your child love coming to school everyday. We are blessed to have a wonderful staff and teachers that really care about the students.

I love Owens Elementary because they have the best teachers. The staff at Owens has helped devlop & make my daughter who she is today.

They take extra care of our children. The teachers seem to really care and if there is a problem they always involve parents to come to an agreeable solution.
