My daughter went to Denis Earl and had a wonderful experience. The teachers were great!! She went to Turlock Jr High after and excelled in all subjects. Very nice school.

The staff is very helpful, well informing, and organized. The teachers are so goal oriented, the structure at this school is good. I enjoy seeing my son wanting to share his day, talk about homework, his teacher is so good at her job

My daughter was new to this school when she was in the fifth grade and she strongly disliked her experience because she was treated poorly. One day she was minding her own business and all of a sudden she was pushed to the ground by a male classmate. Her knee was also severely scraped. She told her teacher about what happened, and her reply was "Well, its not bleeding!" and she did absolutely nothing about it. The boy was also not disciplined for what he did. Throughout the rest of her elementary experience, she was constantly picked on by others while the staff didn't really do anything for her. (The vice principal at the time wasn't very friendly as well) I do not recommend taking your children to this mess.

Prior to attending Dennis Earl, my children attended an elementary school in Carlsbad, CA that achieved a Great Schools "10" rating. Unfortunately, this school taught strictly to API testing. Once my children had mastered their grade level, they were left bored and unchallenged. What a difference at Earl. The teachers have been amazing and continue to push both my kids beyond grade level. My 3rd grader has gone from bored and disinterested to excited to learn, again. Be careful when evaluating schools by numbers. Dennis earl is an amazing school with leadership staff and teachers that truly care about your child's education.

My daughter attends this school and I am very disappointed with the staff. My daughter has come home crying many times because of the way she was treated by the outside male staff member watching them during recess. I brought these concerns to the office staff and have yet to recieve a phone call back. I belive people need to be educated prior to working with children and not just hire anyone who can be there 3 hours a day to monitor children outside!! Please be cautious ...my daughter will not be returning next school year due to the male staff member.

This is a school of CAN! I have brought many ideas to the principal, and every time it has been met with "ABSOLUTELY!" My son has learned more and more swiftly then I could have ever imagined. He started the year behind and ended on the honor roll and being so far ahead. The teachers care and the principal works tirelessly to make sure all her students achieve their goals. If you are looking for a school that will put your child first, then you have found it.

Dennis Earl is a wonderful school. There's no other school that I know of is as great as Dennis Earl. The teachers are very devoted to their students achievements. I have observed three different teachers here and they are phenomenal. I also had the chance of teaching P.E here as well and the students are super energetic and filled with great school spirit. Parents should take the time to volunteer at the school to understand how much effort the teachers have to make and that teaching is not like 1..2..3. Parents need to own up to some responsibility as well when they're students do not do well in school.
