This school is incredible; the score of 7/10 doesn’t do it justice. The events such as Raising Readers to promote literacy and the school-home learning connection are great. The PTO works hard to put on events like an annual Father Daughter dance and a huge fall festival. Last year, there was a talent show. The counselor, principal, and librarian are three key people who are absolutely amazing and are very present. So thankful for this beautifully diverse, communicative, and organized school.

I regret letting my daughter's absent father of 6 years convince me that Tomball schools were better than where she was currently going. Ever since I allowed him to enroll her here, this school has treated me condescendingly like I'm the parent who was the deadbeat unlike the other way around. I was left out many times from school communications while his girlfriend was provided the information by them when she is not a legal conservator or guardian and I am. My daughter has also told me she has overheard the front office workers gossiping about me, I wish those woman had the nerve to tell me to my face what their problem is. She also tells me that one of her teachers would take away her recess when she tries to work ahead on her school stuff. If these teachers even knew how some kids struggle just to get a ride to school every single day, I don't think they would be so stuck up. My daughers attitude is starting to mirror this too, prior to going here she used to be very kind, honest, and respectful. Now I've noticed some changes that I am not happy about for a child her age, and if I had to pinpoint when it started then it would be right after she started attending their schools.

While it's true that this schools isn't overly parent-volunteer-friendly, we've had nothing but the best experience with our teachers. They love our children for who they are and make learning fun. Our kids look forward to going to school, and have grown both academically and emotionally this year. There have been a lot of positive changes by the administration this school year, and I see it continuing to go in the right direction.

My son has autism and they lacked the compassion and the skills to teach my son. The PPCD program had both teachers and the best para quit this year because the teachers had no support from the school and had way too many kids in the class to teach the kids effectively. When confronted with the problems they turned their heads.

School does not welcome parent involvement/volunteers. No school spirit. Non creative ways to explore learning.
