Staff doesn't communicate with each other. They can take DAYS to call back when it's something urgent. The bullying in this school is BAD and they don't seem to fix or try to fix anything.

My son was called a COTTON PICKER on his first day of school. I’m sooo upset! I guess the reviews regarding racism at this school from years ago were accurate.

Our children went to Hamilton Middle School and our experience was wonderful. I felt the staff and faculty had all things in control. What wonderful experience for middle school. Thank you to all teachers.

Horrible we pulled our kid from this school and enrolled him in Spillane for the last two weeks because we had enoughThe school board needs to clean house and get leadership in there that will be present to do their job

Poor handling of the 504 program, unnecessary punishment from the AP office. Overall bias towards minorities, they have teachers not educators. Staff makes fun of kids with problems. A teacher told my son an ADHD kid he needs to be in juvie because he interrupts in class.

All the teachers are wonderful, each with their way of teaching. The electives and clubs are also wide in variety, and I enjoy this school so much!

The ap office is horrible gives unfair punishments. Most of the teachers are nice though but the district rarely allows extra credit in the more harder classes.

Academics are very good, administration is overbearing and has no leeway for balancing discipline with the student's individual personality and learning process. Almost too much emphasis on testing.

The teachers appear to be very good and they offer good academics. However, the administration greatly lacks. The principle is absentee. The APs do not communicate, collaborate or partner with parents. They see discipline issues very black and white and have very low tolerence for kid's behavior. This results in kids frequently being removed from class lessons to sit in the office to be interviewed about an incident whether they were at fault or not.
