The right balance of flexibility, care, and traditional schooling to get the job done. This school does a great job of communicating to parents and making learning accessible in a logical way. We appreciated their traditional approach to learning - students' phones taken up at the front desk, and smaller, longer classes in block-schedule fashion in order for students to give and receive more attention to their studies. A shorter overall schedule also helps students keep their focus and be more effective in balancing their developing work/life. Teachers are great balance of sweet and stern. We're so glad we heard about this school from another parent whose teens were struggling with getting "lost" at the bigger schools nearby, and this was before the challenge of virtual schooling from 2020. When we took our son (all As and advanced in middle school) to interview this school, we all felt like it was the right choice, and he went from being overwhelmed and failing back to exceling. Definitely consider this small gem of a school!

I started going to this school in January 2021 (I'm in 7th grade) and I will have to admit the bad parts and good parts of this school is a 50/50 I'm going to start with the bad parts 1. I have not learned a lot for being here for 4 months this school gos over a lot of useless information. 2 the teachers, one of them is mean to me onother is way to strict. 3 some of the kids, one tried to sexually harras me another is way to bossy. And last but not least number 4 we get 95 minute classes and me and my friend finishes science within 30 minutes so we just have to sit there. And now for the best parts. 1 the school work is easy. 2 the principal (miss foster) is so kind and funny. 3 p.e is really fun. 4 we get out of school at 1:00. 5 some and most of the kids are nice. And I know I'm missing so much more but in all I would recommend this school.

We have two of our kids at this school. You can really tell the teachers put a priority on making sure that our kids succeed by giving them one-on-one attention in math or other subjects where they need help. This is where the big ISD's don't do well and why we have our kids at comquest. The larger schools just weren't a fit. I like the small atmosphere and positive environment and the emphasis on math skills. My kids have done very well here and I highly recommend this school.

My has attended the school this school year. He has made perfect grades A's and B's however the staff is not very good at controlling the other children constant name-calling children using vulgar and profane language towards the staff my son has been taunted by one student for the past 3 months have reported it two principal teachers front office staff nothing has been done to stop this child so finally my son had enough and took matters into his own hands and beat this kid up my son was expelled from the school they will not let him finish his STAAR test one month left of school and he is not allowed to go back and he is not allowed to go back next year do not recommend this school to anyone they don't care about the children here

I really am impressed by the teachers at ComQuest. The staff is friendly, and they highly encourage parent involvement. My daughter started Kindergarten this past school year, and her reading skills are beyond where I expected them to be. It seems that if your child is too advanced for the grade, the teachers challenge them with harder work from other grade levels. You don't get this in normal public school.5 out of 5.

My child never had any spelling test, or any other test but the math test. They pass your children through the grades and only teach them enough to past the Star Test so they get good grades themselves. In my opinion and experience with this school , its nothing more then a big kid daycare. If you value your children's learning, might want to think of something else.

You will be highly disappointed with this school, I have seen daycare's with more learning capabilities then this school.
