We are on year 3 at Sumter Christian School and have enjoyed every year so far. The staff is great and my kids love going to school every day. They are excited about what they learn everyday and have great ratios for class sizes. We are engaged by all of our kids teachers on a regular basis. They do a wonderful job keeping parents updated regarding students progress in class.

This was a bad experience after moving from out of state. Please, if you are wanting a Christian education, look elsewhere. Christianity is a lifestyle not just a book teaching! Teachers and kids made fun of my child, with learning problems, on a daily basis. Where is the love of Christ if even teachers make fun of students? He began losing sleep at night which caused more difficulty learning with depression setting in as well.

My daughter has attened Sumter Christian since 2014 when she was in 5th grade. Her 5th grade teacher taughter her more than math and english. He taught her about God's love and how to love your neighbor. My daughter is struggling in math and is finally able to have the confidence she needs to excel because of the wonderful math tutoring the school offers. This year she has a wonderful teacher who has been very patient with her and is helping her every chance she can get. My daughter enjoys going to this school and I am happy that the doors have been opened that she can attend. When we first moved to Sumter we tried two public schools. They were very much a disappointment and was not helpful or caring for my daughter. The public schools failed my daughter. When she started Sumter Christian, she excelled and is doing so much better. Thank you Sumter christian for being so wonderful for my daughter.
