My son attends Walsh Elementary School in Summit,IL. I am very happy with the services he receives being my son is a special needs child. The teachers are wonderful and my son seems to love them all! They are always getting the kids out on field trips to apply what they learn in class out of class. I am very happy with this school. My son gets sick quite often and they are very understanding. I always have a note from the doctor as well.

school is horrible am very unhappy with it as they don't do a good job at all. teachers are just okay and office staff is very rude. My children arent receiving the help the one needs one on one provided and the other doesnt need anything but to be pushed up a few grades as that she is over the top of the charts with standard testing and they arent giving her hard enough material

The school teachers are good but need to motivate more their students. There are no extracurricular activities except for school band during the last year. The students aren't supervised by staff at recess and lunch time. The principal need to change his autoritarian way of communicating. The faculty need to believe in the community and try to integrate it for the benefit of the students.
