This school and staff are HORRIBLE. I had to switch my son to a different school because he was getting bullied everyday to the point he was so depressed he didn’t want to come to school. From getting food and drinks spilled on him to physical abuse I’d have to come pick him up during the day from the bullying. He would tell me horrible stores that he would see during school and class like kids stabbing one another with pens or throwing lap tops at one another. The staff would witness the bullying and do nothing. My son was physically assaulted in the presence of staff and they did nothing. The principle knew and did nothing! It’s disgusting and they should be ashamed to even be called a school. It got as far as my son getting hit in his private area which is considered sexual harassment! And they did nothing. I wouldn’t suggest any parent taking their kid here and if your child is attending here please check on their well being because the staff surely isn’t.

My child is an 8th grader and has been bullied from the start of the school year. The kids have been mean and physically aggressive. My kid has high anxiety going to school every day worrying about who is going to bully her. We have had many talks with the administrators but they don't do enough to reprimand the bullies. Its like they deal with this issue so often they are numb to it. We see no other option but to get her out of this school and back into a remote learning program.

It's a good school. Crystal employs new technology to help the students learn more quickly and efficiently. I find the technology to better over traditional learning because I can access my materials even when not at school by using things like Google Classroom, which is a technology that my teachers frequently use. I also frequently use Chromebooks.

Crystal always has the newest technology and a lot of the teachers even know how to use it better than I do. We also have the best football and cross country teams.

This school is the biggest joke ever. Every week I was in the office because my child was being bullied and guess what they did?... NOT A DAMN thing! They would tell me my child needs to write an incident report. We have a stack of incident reports and nothing has ever been done. They care nothing about the well being of a child while on their school premises but they want to get involved in family business when it's convenient for them.... The office staff is rude and don't know how to talk to you. They need to be trained on how to talk to parents. They also need to be trained on how to handle a situation on the steps to take when a child is being bullied in school. You would think they knew how to handle situations like that. People that don't care about the well being of children should not work with them just for a check! My child will no longer be going to this school. The past 5 months of school has been the biggest waste of time in my child's whole academic career.

This principal is a bully herself! I am privy to info regarding how she speaks and treats the children! UNBELIEVABLE! Probably best for the kids that she went on maternity leave. Look, I'm not one of those parents that believes my child does no wrong but for goodness sake have some professionalism please. I am aware that it's not an easy job to manage the behavior of middle school students who are trying to find themselves...and Social Media does NOT help in any way...All hope is not lost though...the best thing going at Crystal is the vice principal Justin Tomola. You can see that he truly cares about the kids. As a parent of an attending student, I have witnessed first hand the overall behavior of the faculty as well as the student body. The culture that is being practiced there needs a drastic makeover. You cannot tell me that these kids are bad just because of economic status, race, etc... Those are excuses not reasons. Yes! It all begins at home but on any given school day the kids spend equally as much time in the presence of faculty as they do their parents. They wake, attend school from 9 to 3, go home from 3 to 9 and then off to bed to start it all over. Whether anyone wants to believe it or not, the actions of our children ARE influenced by the ENTIRE environment they are exposed to not just a byproduct of their home life. Since all children are born completely innocent we must stop pointing fingers and simply get involved. It truly takes a village to raise a child.

This school is terrible. It is the worst school my daughter has ever attended. There are tons of fights, she has had 4 of her 6 teachers quit during the school year and none of the teachers keep the parents updated with their child's progress online as they promised they would at the start of the year. I can not wait until this school year is over so that I can get my child away from Crystal and all of the Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District.

Okay school but the school is filled with bullies so please protect your kids. The only good thing about the school is vice principal. Honestly don't waste your time sending your kids to this school. I have three boys who currently go here and we are waiting for the year end so we can run fast out of Fairfield.

We are a new family to Crystal. I have a 7th grader. I love the math lab and the support he's getting from all his instructor. I do miss that there is no foreign language, computer or sports program.
