this is the worst school and at this point i feel like the school should just be shut down and the students moved to other schools.. the guns, violence, Drugs, Bullying is so bad.. multiple guns found on campus for the last couple of years.. Kids overdosing.. Kids being shot in the neighboring food locations. The constant fighting and gang talk.. its a dangerous school that's only getting worse.. most teachers wont stay past the first year and they keep changing administration.. the student have no respect and parent involvement in none. the parents let most of the kids do and act however they want..

This school is horrible. There’s already a shooting in the Main Campus and in the 9th grade center the counselors are absolutely horrible. They don’t know how to be nice and sweet to students. The teachers are also horrible and messy.

VERY dangerous. Violence almost daily. There have been many firearms found on students and at least one shooting. Do NOT enroll your children here. FAR below the state average.

I've never seen such a sorry excuse for a school in my life.

I must say that I am incredibly disappointed with this school. The way they treat their students is unacceptable. It's pretty alarming that they resort to threatening students with suspension to get them to attend classes while they are in the school hallway. I haven't removed my son from this school because he loves one of their programs. However, I strongly feel that this school does not prioritize the welfare of its students. Their so-called "Gold standard" is nothing more than a meaningless phrase. Many students attend school without their uniforms, and there are even incidents of gun threats. And to make matters worse, the school doesn't notify parents when such incidents occur.

SHS gets a bad rap because of it's past. Since 2021 to date, they have improved a great deal. A students engagement in school starts at home. SHS Band is the best in the district and all the students MUST have B grades and above to stay in the Band. All their band Director, instructors and leadership are incredible!! I don't know why Mr. Resendiz, interim Principal left earlier this year; he was amazing with the kids and staff. The present Principal is okay but the teachers and Admin are great!! If the parents do their part with their kids at home, the school will be the best in the district!! But now, they are still better than most.

this is the worst school i have ever been to, the condition that it’s in is terrible and almost unsafe. this school seriously needs to be evaluated.

Though it is a small school, it allows for a lower student to teacher ratio, giving children more confidence when asking questions, engage in group activities, and opportunities for one-on-one time with the teachers.Great team – great school!

In 2021-2022 there have been a lot of fights almost every week. My child is a freshman. It’s January 2022 now. I think some of it has to do with the aftermath of the Covid lockdown but that’s still no excuse. My child will not be here next year. I think it’s a good school academically but it’s not safe like school used to be. I know every school is dealing with threats regularly and are doing this best but it’s not easy controlling hundred of kids at a time.

This school is a war zone! You are risking your child's overall well being by sending him or her here! Daily attacks on students and staff occur on regular basis! How can children be educated if they are in constant survival mode?! Do not send your children into this lion's den! I feel awful for the staff that works there! There is no winning this battle with children who have no home training and no care for others that are not like them! Just look up all the times this "school" has been on the news! It's heartbreaking!

3 lockdowns from the start of the school year to 9/24th 2021. Terrorist threats, and one was a knife fight at the main campus. Was on the local news. The school is trying to get it under control. With so much discipline issue's and fighting no one can focus on studying. I removed my child from this school.

My 9th grader has a 3.8 grad point average. Is a highly accomplished and rocognized in extracurricular programs and is a record breaking athlete who’s begging me to not send her back to this school again next year. The fights have her stressed out. The record keeping is terrible which is effecting her grade point average. She doesn’t feel supported and the organizations are catty and clicky. We will not be returning to Spring High next year. If you can... take your child to another school district all together! People who are happy seldom write reviews and people who are who have nothing invested seldom express concerns but people who are not being heard or helped write reviews. Spring High is a S#%t show! You have been warned.

Great school despite what some people say.

-1/10. Hated it, glad I was removed, they also store credits from me and scholarships from other students and held back graduating students because they messed up their credits like they did mine!

It was okay, but I played sports and this was 20 years ago. Things have changed far too much.

This school it’s like most high schools yes it has its bad students but it also has good ones, majority of the teachers are excelente. This school is also really diverse and fun but boring at the same time the only big problem with the school are those students that behave bad and make this school look bad and also the building it needs some remodeling.
